What I got was 4 slices of white bread and 2 small fish filets. No sauce of any kind or lettuce. Fish was super salty and over seasoned. The fries had more salt than potato. Hubby had the chicken wrap with onion rings. I had a bowl of their chili. The taste was great on both. The rings were fried to perfection. Traveling on our way back and forth on I-80, time at stops is important. This was a great quick, convenient stop with good food and good service. Definitely recommend.

The restaurant appeared to be clean and for a week night there was a decent crowd. I was pleasantly greeted by the hostess and my server was also very friendly. I typically have to be in a mood for a seafood boil but I had eaten at the same restaurant 3 days straight and wanted something different. I played it safe and did the snow crab and shrimp boil in a garlic butter sauce that was very tasty. The corn and sausage were also good. I washed it down with a cold Stella. Overall I have no complaints and would eat here again.

My boyfriend and I weren't really into the King Cajun Seafood Special Sauce. I usually go for house special sauces since they're usually good, but this one just didn't hit the spot. We ordered the hot spice level, but it wasn't spicy at all, and the sauce had this creamy taste--maybe they added flour or cornstarch to thicken it? I prefer my seafood boil sauce to be zesty and spicy. We ended up ordering a side of Cajun garlic butter sauce instead, and that was way better in my opinion. I also wish I had asked for a side of lemon slices (my bad), it would've made the flavors pop more with some extra zest and tang. One thing I really liked about the restaurant was that their seafood sizes were enormous! The shrimp and crawfish were jumbo-sized, and the Dungeness crab was packed with meat. Oh, and a heads up, when we ordered extra corn, we thought it would be three cut pieces, but I think it was actually three whole corn cut into thirds. So yeah, no need to order extra corn unless you really love it. We ended up leaving with a whole bag of corn. I guess that will be my lunch and dinner for tomorrow.
