Franky's isn't trying to reinvent pizza, and that's fine by me. The crust had a nice balance between chewy and crisp, the sauce had a decent flavor, and the toppings were generous enough. The roast beef/steak was a cut above Subway's, which admittedly has always had that weird, processed texture IMO. Where the toe got stubbed? The tuna sub was a thumbs down, the wife had to eat it like a "deconstructed sandwich" it was so wet and sloppy. Dunno. Just wet, sloppy, and fell apart. She wasn't thrilled. So if tuna's your game, be advised. I think mebbe its cuz they add dressing in addition to the mayo in the sub already?
