    Large Passion Fruit Slush ($7.50)

Prince Tea House honestly exceeded my expectations! The inside was so aesthetically pleasing. It gave off tea party vibes as it should! The service was super friendly and helpful. Shoutout to our server Daniel who answered all of our questions and was patient with us! We got the Montagne Bleue Black Tea ($9.00) since he recommended it to us. Really delicious. It had a subtle hint of lavender and blueberry. Not too strong but not too sweet either. We also got their Green Tea Mille Crepe Cake ($10.00). It was so soft and creamy with the matcha flavor. Their large Passion Fruit Slush ($7.50) was good, but just okay. They do give you a 2 hour limit if it is peak hour, but that's more than enough time. Overall, I enjoyed my time at Prince Tea House. I'd definitely come back again!

What an amazing place! Cute, quaint, and classy. My family and I came to have brunch here for the 1st time and everything from the time we walked in the door until the time we left. We ad the crispy chicken for an appetizer. It was hot, crispy, and seasoned well. I had the lavender hot latte, my daughter had the iced caramel boba tea, and my partner had the hot mint green tea. For brunch, I had the Smoked Salmon Egg Benedict, my daughter had checking and waffles, and my partner had the Katsu Chicken Brioche sandwich. The dressing for the salad was like a ginger dressing and was great. My only complaint is that when I ordered the lavender latte, I assumed it was made with a lavender tea similar to the matcha latte. The response from our waitress was that the lavender latte was under the coffee, but I told her the matcha was also under the coffee area, and that is clearly a tea. I made up ordering another tea (jardin tropical) to enjoy with my lava molten cake, which we all ordered for dessert. The drink, meal, and dessert for $25 per person was a great deal also. I'm sure we will be back!

This place is so cute and perfect for taking pictures! The atmosphere is beautiful, and everything feels very aesthetic and well put together. The service was amazing -- Emma and Emily were both super attentive and friendly throughout our visit. All of the food and drinks were plated beautifully, which made the experience even better. My favorites were the rose milk tea, summer passion drink, brown sugar crepe cake, and the salmon sandwich! We also enjoyed all this food. I also really like that they offer limited-time specials because it gives you something new to try every time you visit. They also have party package deals, and I'll definitely be coming back to try that in the future!

My girlfriend and I went here on a Saturday morning, pretty close to opening. The staff was nice and we actually had a reservation so the process was smooth. The ambiance of this place was very nice and quiet. It was nice to see other people enjoying a mid day tea as well. We got the hot green tea and it was pretty good. I do love me a good milk tea, and having it hot was a pretty good experience. The fact that it's hot makes you slow down and enjoy it! As for food, we got the chicken and waffles and boba crepe cake. Both were good, but not amazing. Overall, it's a fairly nice place and I like that they have something like this in Metairie. If you're looking for a cute brunch spot, I would recommend this place. They were busy when they first opened so I called for a reservation.

    Afternoon tea for two

This is such a fun place! Not to mention the food and tea is delicious as well. My Mom and I shared the afternoon tea for two which came with an assortment of finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, macarons, mini lava cakes, and mini fruit tarts and unlimited tea refills. We each got to choose our own type of tea which was nice. Our favorite was the Prince Passion Fruit Tea. The decor in the restaurant is chic and fun. The service was also excellent to.

Came for afternoon tea -- the tea and food were good and the ambience was ok. However the service was so disappointing. Our waiter (Dalbert) was attending to a large party in the back room and did not check on us once. They advertise free refills on the tea but he never checked on us to see if we were running low. When I flagged him down and asked for more tea, he once again disappeared -- only seen running past our table to attend to the back room. We didn't even get a refill on our empty water carafe or creamer (3 mini coffeemate pods) and had to ask for cream/sugar more than once. A. We tried to flag him down several times unsuccessfully. I understand that Sundays are busy, but I wish the communication was better on our servers end. I'd give the tea/food 5 stars but can't overlook being ignored.

This place is adorable!! We just went for dessert but I will definitely be back. It is the perfect girls day! The hot milk tea was yummy and both the desserts were fantastic. Our waitress was super sweet and perfectly attentive. Love this place!

Such a cutesy tea house with nice interior! The food and drinks were surprisingly good but slightly pricey for what it was. Chicken and waffles (7.5/10) were good with syrup but tasted like standard frozen chicken tenders. Boba crepe cake (8/10) was goooood! Love the interactive activity with the drizzle. Passion fruit refresher (8.5/10) and jasmine green hot milk tea (9/10) were both great also! The milk tea was smooth and refreshing!

We had an excellent experience at Prince. We only got tea and scones but it was wonderful and we can't wait to go back to eat as well. The service was attentive and friendly. We got: the Scandinavian detox iced tea, a pot of hot white tea, a caramel latte and a scone. Everything was unique and delicious.

Cute new business! They need to workout a few things like having someone at the front at all times to not keep people confused waiting in the front, overall they were very attentive and have good service. I like how extensive the menu is and the sweets were not too sweet. Overall would go and try again!

Everything was Beautiful from start to finish. Service was impeccable. Selection of teas and bites to eat were excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed everything. Shrimp Lollipops, Crabmeat Flatbread, Wings, Mocktails, Hot Teas, Chicken Wraps, and Macarons all were perfect. The restaurant is decorated nicely. I would return.

My daughter and I have been trying to visit here. Finally was able to go on Saturday and it did not disappoint. From the floral decor on the outside to the Bridgerton esthetics. I was loving it . Also many places for photo ops. I had the afternoon tea for one. It was a tower of mini goodies., it was actually enough to share with 2. I loved the open faced finger sandwiches. There was a cucumber sandwich , the mini salmon sandwich, pastrami sandwich and the only one I was not fond of was the chicken salad tasted more like egg salad . And loved the assortment of delicious desserts. It also came with unlimited tea of your choice . I chose the Prince Fruit paradise tea. It was really good ,it was a mix of mango, peach, strawberry, pineapple and passion fruit. The afternoon tea tower was worth the price of $35. I also had the chicken and waffles, which was delicious. 2 chicken strips very crispy and flavorful. The waffle was thick and crispy just like I like . My daughter had the crabmeat flatbread and although it was made with imitation crab meat it was good. .The server was very helpful and patient. This place would be fun for all ages . Looking forward to going again.

It was just one scoop of disappointment after another. First of all, the "black and gold" flavor that one of us was so excited to have again had freezer burn on it and the chicory flavor was way less pronounced; their king cake flavor was essentially just birthday cake with Mardi Gras-themed sprinkles in it. The other one of us ordered "sweater weather" and it basically tasted like you were mainlining nutmeg. Too intense! And the creole cream cheese just tasted like plain cream cheese--and not in a good way! Our daughter was happy with her cotton candy (blegh) cone. We would not exactly describe portions as generous. Also, it should be mentioned that it was around 50 degrees outside and they had the A/C on full blast in there. Yes, we understand you don't want to pump the heat up and melt the ice cream, but we were shivering. Very unpleasant! What a bummer because we had the fondest memories of Creole Creamery and now it's quite soured. Maybe we need to go back to the Garden District location on another trip, but three stars for now.

It is attached to several businesses inside one big building, next to a gas station. It had cute exterior front door way, but it needs a bigger sign for a first timer. It is small inside, not a lot of seating, so you know you are mainly getting your yum yums to go. I walk in and - I assume - the owner greeted me with a big smile and asked if I had been there before. When I told her I had not, she gleefully explained the unqiue offerings her business has. This place has both bougie coffee and they sell bougie snoballs. They have so many options for coffee and snoballs, I love it! You can add condensed milk to your coffee, there are so many flavors including nectar and Dubai lattes, and don't get me started on the affogato options. You pick you ice cream; you pick your topping and drizzle (which can include condensed milk, mind you), and then you choose your pour - it does not have to be coffee - it can hot chocolate!! ohh! Such a neat concept and I only know of 3 places that do affogato. Drip Affogato Bar and Creole Creamery. I thoroughly enjoyed this place and I feel it is now well known, so I hope this review gets the word out there that yall need to try this place!

The staff were friendly, and the $9 croffle, which came out hot and fresh, was truly excellent and the highlight of the visit (a tip I got from another customer, not the staff). Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. I ordered the Shokupan (Japanese milk bread with ice cream and strawberries), which the menu clearly listed at $13. I was charged $15 on the receipt. When I brought this discrepancy to the associates, they explained that the price had been recently changed and the manager was "not good with technology," making them unable to correct the digital board. I explained that having a misleading price displayed at the point of sale is false advertisement and requested a simple $2 refund for the difference. The associates stated there was "nothing they could do" and suggested I speak to the owner. The owner came forward disgruntled. When I explained the situation, he did not apologize or attempt to de-escalate. Instead, he flatly stated there are no refunds, told me the price was $15, and tried to reprimand me for not accepting his verbal price correction after I had already been charged. He said it's not a big deal, prices change all the time, all this over two dollars, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. The sheer lack of professionalism, transparency, and simple customer courtesy was staggering. The owner's refusal to honor the price they were actively advertising left a sour taste that no dessert could fix. To add insult to injury, the Shokupan itself was underwhelming and in my opinion, not worth the $15 I paid: just a big chunk of dry bread topped with a scoop of ice cream. While the croffle was a treat, I cannot in good conscience recommend giving business to an establishment whose owner is willing to cause a scene over a $2 error of his own making (although he eventually gave me the $2 refund) demonstrating a clear disregard for community and honest business practices.
