It's always a good time for a sweet treat, especially from Nola Cookie Co. I've had their treats a number of times now but am just now getting around to writing a review. Most recently I had their offerings at Fried Chicken Fest - 10000/10. The crookie and clucker bar (like a snickers bar on steroids) should become staples but you can't go wrong with their cookies. I ordered 6 gormet cookies spent close to $60. I'm very dissatisfied because they didn't give me any of the cookies I ordered. I don't even know which one I ate because they gave me all the wrong cookies, it was so salty I had to spit it out. I'm really irritated that I spent this amount of money on cookies with a paper bag packaging and dollar tree ass packaging. I will not be ordering from here again. read more

We got 24 mini cookies, 6 different flavors. We chose the Buttercream to pair them with. They were out of this world good! By far the best cookies we've had in recent memory, maybe ever. They are expensive for cookies, but you pay for what you get. True gourmet experience. Can't wait to go with NoLa Cookie Co again! read more

Was so disappointed I went out of my way to find it's not open for just walk in sort of thing. You need to actually place an order to pick up or delivery etc. hopefully this saves someone else from doing same thing. Will have to try another time I guess. read more

I was introduced to this company by way of a Yelp Elite event. It was an amazing event as usual and I enjoyed the presentation as well as the sharing of cookies. As a perk, we were allotted a cookie sample of our choosing or via a personalized quiz. The quiz asked several different questions and the results of that quiz would decide your cookie(s). A few folks shared their quiz. NOLA Cookie Co. has so many delicious gourmet cookies packed with nothing but deliciousness! I'm talking toffee, caramel, double and triple chocolate, M&M's, buttered pecan, red velvet, Fat Tuesday and so much more. For my complimentary cookie, I chose and baked my double chocolate cookie while waiting for the event to begin and wow, what a treat! This cookie was moist, ooey and gooey with all kinds of chocolate oozing out. For some folks, there were delivery issues, as a result of an overwhelming influx of orders but that is not an indictment of their overall company and/or service. Brittany is an amazing baker and it's a one-two person operation, so being understanding would be helpful. I purchased and picked up my additional order of cookie dough with the 25% off promo code given to us. Although I requested baked cookies, they were a little behind in baking so I got mine as cookie dough and baked at home. These Karens need to understand that this is a small business and it's incumbent to show kindness (especially when you're getting stuff for free!). You know a company has cracked the cookie code when you order them twice in one week! These are truly top of the list of cookies I've had and are obviously made with love! I ordered a 4 pack with 2 snickerdoodle, butter toffee and butter pecan from ubereats and they arrived warm and soft. The snickerdoodle cookies were the stand out of the bunch for us, and we order 1/2 dozen just two days later for pickup. This batch was consistent but had more cinnamon (which we loved!) and really tested our self control. I'm glad they are on the more expensive side or they'd be in regular rotation! read more

I've been wanting to try NOLA Cookie for a while and got the opportunity the other day. They have a decent selection to choose from and you can preorder for a select date/time and they will bring it out to your car when you arrive. I had ordered the oatmeal raisin cookie, the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, chocolate chip as well as a brownie. when i first got the cookies they were warm and fresh - but for me the rest is how the cookies are on the second or third day; and based on that the oatmeal cookies did well and the brownie still tasted amazing on the third day. the chocolate chip cookies were hard the next day and i like softer cookies. overall the taste was good as well - you could taste the brown sugar or the sweetener so at times the cookie tasted like a praline cake cookie but overall decent cookies with good flavor read more

I had the chance to support NOLA Cookie Co. for a Gourmet Cookie Virtual Tasting hosted by Yelp.I was able to pick up my cookie order from this location, and the owners Brittney and Neal were both so sweet and welcoming. I definitely felt appreciated as a customer. I ordered the Oatmeal Raisin and The Classic Chocolate Chip. The oatmeal raisin was definitely my favorite, but both cookies were so soft, chewy and fresh. I also loved how each of the cookies were loaded with raisins , chocolate chips and toffee. Best cookies in New Orleans! You can't go wrong with picking any flavor. We had the strawberry cheesecake, macadamia nut, cookies and cream, and not sure of the others because I blacked out from a sugar coma lol. These cookies are phenomenal. This is a MAJOR lesson to support small business. Because of convenience, I ordered a cookie cake for my niece's birthday from a well known national brand and it arrived a crumbled mess. And of COURSE this happened on a Friday night and they were already closed (MST) and closed all weekend. . . So in a panic, I jumped onto a local New Orleans food forum and found a business that had rave reviews. Ordered that same evening with a response (almost midnight my time) and they said they could make it happen (this was less than 48 hrs notice). MAJOR shoutout to @nolacookieco for the exceptional customer service and beautiful cookie cake customized for my niece! Worth every expensive penny! These are some of the best cookies I have eaten in my life. I tried the toffee, chocolate chip, turtle brownie, and butter ooey gooey. The cookies were absolutely divine. I was not expecting the toffee cookie to taste as good as it did, but BABYYYYYYY--the power of underestimation is the DEVIL. These cookies are the perfect mix of chewy and crunch. The turtle brownie was absolutely delicious. I only ordered one and I am desperately trying to preserve a piece. It is so moist. The ooey gooey was okay--I have had better. It was not unbearable or unpleasant. The other desserts definitely make up for this. Did I mention these goodies are served warm? We actually picked them up from a Treasure Street location. Some of the softest cookies you'll have that are not only delicious but locally owned! They have a wide variety of cookies to choose from and they're all so chewy. We were hanging out and I wanted cookies. Lo and behold, NoLa cookie co to the rescue!! I ordered chocolate chip, friends ordered peanut butter and sugar. THEY ARRIVED WARM - JUST OUT OF THE OVEN WARM OMFG. It was over after that. I have been a regular basically more than I care to admit. I have NEVER had a cookie that wasn't warm and heavenly. And I have ordered here a LOT. DONT JUDGE. Anyway. Everything I have had here is five stars. I high key want to move into their kitchen. Amazing cookies! Took about an hour to arrive, but I knew that so I ordered while I was still at work. Once I arrived back at my hotel, they were already on their. The reviews are true!!! They come WARM! Heck, even hot! Great crisp, good taste. I don't think it's too sweet either. What a nice treat. Mmm truly some good cookies. A little expensive but I'd get them again. You can't beat fresh baked cookies! I heard about NoLa Cookie and couldn't wait to try them. I was in the area one night and saw they were open. I wanted to place an order but the pricing stopped me. I thought it was a tad much for 2 cookies. However the next night after dinner I wanted something sweet and said I'd go for it. I wasn't disappointed. The cookies are a nice size. I saw this company last year when I wasn't living in New Orleans yet and knew I wanted to try it when I got here in March. Since then we've had it 3 times and it's SO GOOD. The delivery guy (I'm sorry we haven't gotten your name!) is super friendly and awesome at social distancing when delivering which we appreciate. The praline cupcake is one of the best desserts we've ever had. The cookies all showed up warm and the packages have cute little notes on them. Do yourself a favor and ORDER! read more

These cookies are soooooo good! I tired a small toffee cookie and man was it good. It tasted just like toffee candy but still had a softness too the cookie. NoLa Cookie Co was a vendor at an event that I was attending. Their cookie samples were so good that they ran out. To their credit they had additional cookies delivered. Had it not been for this I wouldn't have gotten to try them but I am so glad I did. I definitely plan to order from them in the future. read more

While they bake a number of things, I think it's safe to say cakes are their most popular item. They make really awesome wedding cakes, sheet cakes, cupcakes, and a really stellar king cake. The latter is available year round, which is really convenient. The doberge cake is perfect for chocolate lovers and the NOLA wedding cake is decadent. A lot of people sleep on their ooey gooey cake, but it's definitely one of the most indulgent things they make. Their custom cakes look incredible and are extremely creative. They also bake some really high quality bread. From french bread to pastries, they can produce stuff perfect for building the perfect muffuletta, poboy, or the underrated but always lovely pullman loaves. They also make muffins, fruit tarts, pies, and the coolest swan shaped cream puffs. Delivery is available and the customer service is really outstanding. Email is an easy way to get in touch but they're really good about helping folks establish the perfect sweet / tasty lineup for all special occasions.
