Serious health code violation. Went to get ice cream for my birthday, worker grabbed a the inside of a waffle bowl bare-handed. As a microbiologist, this is disgusting. Reported it along with numerous other concerns to management who emailed me regarding other concerns from the visit, but failed to address the most critical complaint. Even if an employee isn't showing symptoms of being sick, you still either have to wear gloves or just touch the paper container outside the waffle bowl. Other complaints from this visit included staff that weren't paying attention and messed up order, a messed up computer system that didn't acknowledge my account or birthday coupon, a manager that accused me of typing in the wrong phone number and then not validating the coupon even after presented with the actual email stating the validity. By the time it took them to correct the order mix-up, not handle the coupon well, and for me to pay and leave... My ice cream had completely melted and was just cold soup. Contacted business to correct the issue and they failed to acknowledge the food safety violation, just tried to comp an ice cream and then never responded to me again. read more

One of the worst cold stones I've ever been too. I would rather drive further out than to stop at this one. Where's a marble when you need it. I went in to grab my son some ice cream after school shopping. There was a long line, which I paid no attention to until I realized that the line was long due to inept workers. Not only did half the workers not know the cold stones protocol (guys we kinda know how it works by now), my servicer couldn't figure out how to get the ice cream to the slab (grab another boat from the back, put the toppings on the middle and fold) Sweetie it's not rocket science . All these kids were going back and forth to the register to directly mixing ice cream, with no gloves, not even a squirt of hand sanitizer, but with . I don't know but masks and no clean hands is a total no bueno for me. The toilet started to overflow chased us down to the register. This was my first time ordering a cake, though, and it definitely deserves 5 stars. They have a super easy online ordering system where you can design your own cake. Knowing the boyfriend is a mint oreo fan, I got devil's food cake with mint ice cream mixed with fudge, oreo, and brownies. It was topped with a nice minty green frosting, and even more chocolate. The ordering process was easy, and I even paid online. All I had to do was stop in and pick it up! And, of course, the cake was absolutely delicious. I've had ice cream cakes in the past, but this is a whole new level of yum. There are posters, hangers, table cards, practically every surface available is covered in some sort of thing they're trying to advertise to you. They suggest ice cream combos, ice cream cakes for your next party, other ice cream desserts, etc. The best thing to do is to get tunnel vision before you go in. Know the size you want, the flavor of ice cream and your add ins. But be careful with your add in, they do add up quickly. There is limited indoor seating. It was pretty crowded, even on a cold night. But the line moves fast, and people leave fairly quickly, so you'll get a seat pretty soon. read more

Went the for 1st time tonight at about 8pm. Won't be back. Waited in line to order for about 10 minutes. They took my wife's order. Never took mine. They started taking out the trash, throwing left over cones away, cleaning up. Everybody disappeared except for 1 person making my wife's order.
