How have I never reviewed Nola Cookie Co??? This is my go-to spot for cookies. Always warm and delicious. My favorite is their sugar cookie. I know I know it sounds boring. Yall... it's not! The dough is so good that other things distract from it. I wanna taste all the buttery goodness they put in there. And that sprinkle of salt on the top is just *chef's kiss* perfection! Visiting NOLA for the Jazz Festival and my friend saw this cookie company featured on the news - so of course we had to go for the crossaint cookie (crookie). We ordered, paid and was given a pick up time. The website is nicely setup and easy to navigate. There is a phone number on the site and we used that to make sure we picked the correct place for picking up. The place for the pickup seemed a bit sketchy at first BUT after seeing the young man meticulously deliver each bag to the designated vehicles with a smile and great care - I was put at ease. There are so many cookies to pick from and each order is made to order. There was a special going on buy 4 get 1 free. There was also a coupon for 10% (that didn't work). The cookies were fresh and warm and delicious. I ate the crookie that night and saved the other items to enjoy when I got back home. Wow!! Visiting New Orleans and wanted something sweet. We ordered the chocolate chip and red velvet cookies- they arrived in about 45 minutes and were still warm. You can tell these are so fresh and baked to perfection. I am a big cookie fan and these were hands down in my top 3 favorite of all time. They forgot my brownie in the order and all the cookies were half baked. And these aren't large cookies for the price, they look like store bought cookies as in size. Ordered 10 cookies from them. Fat Tuesday. S'mores. Red velvet. Triple chocolate chip. Oatmeal deluxe. I chose to pick up because delivery to my house was $20. I rang the doorbell and was greeted by a young man who asked my name and went inside to grab my cookies. He was super nice and made sure to thank me for supporting the business. The cookies were in separate containers which I appreciated because I do have family members who are allergic to nuts. All of the cookies were good size and so soft and moist. They do not skimp out on the toppings, either. My favorite was the Fat Tuesday. They have some sprinkles that add a sugary crunch. $8.50 per 2 cookies for their deluxe. $7.95 for their original. They also sell brownies and other baked goods. My only qualm was they ran out of s'mores and forgot to tell me when I picked up. But once I called, they apologized and said I would be getting my refund. You're also able to text and they are very responsive even later in the day. Oh. And, they are right off 610 so super easy to get to and even easier to hop back on. read more

I purchase the four pack and selected the Oatmeal Deluxe, Macadamia Nut, Pecan Chocolate Chip, and Pecan Chocolate Chip with Caramel. My absolute favorite was the Oatmeal Deluxe. It is a perfectly baked oatmeal cookie with raisins, chocolate chips, and walnuts. This is the exact cookie I have been trying to get my mother to make me for months. The cookie was perfect in every since of the word. My second favorite was the chocolate chip pecan cookie, I just love nut in my cookies. The chocolate chip pecan with caramel was a bit salty, I will just stick with the regular chocolate chip pecan cookies. Lastly, I didn't really care for the macadamia nut's taste. These cookies are 10/10!!! I order them all the time and they are always cooked to perfection and ALWAYS arrive warm. My favorite is the caramel pecan chocolate chunk! The caramel and the chocolate literally melt into your mouth. I have yet to go to the actual store front but I can rate off of delivery alone based on the quality. I ordered the chocolate chip, snickerdoodle and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. Note: This is all a personal opinion. All of this could mean five starts for you For me -- the cookies were too thick all together. The snickerdoodle (which is my favorite kind of cookie) had a great flavor and would've been perfect had not been so thick. The chocolate chip cookie had far too many chocolate chips for me to finish even half the cookie it also had a slight saltiness. The macadamia nut cookie appears to be great, but again, the thickness made it too much to eat. My cookies weren't fresh when I received them so they were a tad hard, so maybe that's why the thickness was such an issue for me. Judging from others' feedback, it appears they are best when fresh and warm. I would definitely recommend to someone who enjoys lots of topping or double stuffed oreos. But I personally prefer my toppings few and far between so I can appreciate the dough parts and oreo thins are my go to. It would be amazing if they featured mini cookies because the flavor is overall great, just a bit too much girth for me. read more

Just had the opportunity to try a mardi gras themed cookie... it was amazing! It was crunchy and yet soft in the middle. A large cookie, easily could be split between two people, who dont have a sweet tooth like myself :) It had festive mardi gras color sprinkles in it, making it visually very appealing. The best cookies I've had in a long time. We ordered red velvet, chocolate chip, cookies and cream, snickerdoodle and caramel pecan chocolate chunk. They were all phenomenal. Red velvet was my favorite. I wish I would have taken a picture, but I started eating too fast. My fiancé and I ordered 6 cookies each. I ate 4 of them in a row because I couldn't help myself! This is my husband and my go-to for cookies! Y'all, from the packaging, to the fresh, warm cookies, to the quick delivery...this place is just awesome! We usually do the pick 4 or pick 6 and we get to customize what flavors we want. It's perfect for sharing, and being able to pick different flavors is great because EVERY flavor is absolutely delicious! Total rip off- ordered M&M cookies and they called to say they were out of those so we wanted to cancel the order- but they told us they would add M&Ms to the sugar cookies. Long story short we pick up the cookies and NO M&Ms in the cookies. I called them and the person who answered (same person that called to tell us they were out the cookies) and said "whoops, we were actually out of M&Ms. I should've called you back." But of course they didn't because they didn't want to lose the sale. Well you've lost a customer. Grow up and run your business like a professional. read more

NOLA Crawfish King is noted for having quickly being one of the top New Orleans BBQ restaurants and also offers an interesting selection of nice burgers and other sandwiches on top of their great seafood options. So far I have sampled the BBQ brisket, a brisket bomb, their burger, their Rueben and of course the crawfish. NOLA Crawfish King has some of the spiciest and best crawfish I've had in a long while and since Big Fisherman closed on Magazine Street the current champ of having the best seasoned crawfish in New Orleans is the NOLA Crawfish King as measured by my taste buds. Overall NOLA Crawfish King rally offers a lot of delicious food options that really deserves more recognition. Every pizza here is true St. Louis-style: thin, cracker-like crust, topped with a unique Provel cheese blend, and cut into squares. We ordered the Francesca Pizza and swapped the seasonal berries for fresh garlic--an incredible choice. We also tried the fried green tomatoes, one of the daily specials, and I can honestly say they were the best I've ever had. The pizza was outstanding as well. Francesca has a neighborhood vibe--think local sports bar with a family-friendly feel. The service was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu and daily specials. Highly recommend!

The flavor was great, and we were even able to Facetime with Ms. Linda Green herself, who was feeling a bit under the weather that day. I wish there had been somewhere to sit and eat that was dry and out of the rain. We ate on a porch with a couple broken patio tables and chairs, and mostly just stood under an awing getting a little bit wet while we ate. But overall, the experience was great and I'd recommend it for foodies who are visiting New Orleans.
