We shared a green tea mille crepe cake and the rose green tea. The matcha crepe cake was perfect, not too sweet and not too bitter. As for the tea, I always love the experience of pouring it out into the pretty teacups and having the tea remain hot for the entirety because of the small fire underneath the teapot. The dessert selection on the top was great. We had a fruit tart, chocolate lava cake and a green tea crepe cake. I loved the fruit tart the most as it was light and super fresh. The chocolate lava cake was a bit rich and the green tea crepe cake was also light and delicious. For our tea we chosen the Rose tea and the passion fruit tea. Both were super delicious!!! The rose tea was a hot tea with a light sweet flavor with milk in there. And the passion fruit tea was my favorite. It's fresh a bit tart and sweet. Absolutely amazing! The scones were warm with the jam and butter was perfect. The finger sandwiches were pretty good too. Cucumber sandwich was fresh, we didn't like the smoked salmon one. The service is also very attentive and helpful when it comes to suggestions if you are indecisive. I always order the brown sugar boba crepe cake, it's light, airy, and involved. The process of having to add the boba and the milk cream on top is always a great photo op. The brûlée'd part of the crepe is actually my favorite and the fact that it's sweet and salty as well. I've tried about 5 different types of milk teas here over the past few months and they're all amazing. I've been here a few times now and love the ambiance inside. I usually go here during the afternoon on the weekdays and have not experienced any waiting time. I've also had my share in food and drinks. No matter what type of tea you get, you're able to adjust the sugar level. One of the teas I had the was the rose black tea with milk foam and at 50%, I found it to be just right (still sweet but not overbearingly sweet). The twister fries and the salty crispy chicken were decent. For the most part, the teas and milk teas have a decent amount of selections to choose from. Apart from the rose black tea, I always get the Rose Lover Milk Tea with 50% sugar to the regular amount and it is just perfect every time. Other ones, like slushies, can be a hit or a miss. Unfortunately, the mango slush I ordered was a total miss. It basically tasted like mango syrup and ice, similar to the ones that you would taste at local bubble tea shops. I was a bit disappointed with this drink due to the heavy syrup aftertaste. I did see a mango / strawberry yogurt drink with milk foam on a separate menu so I will most likely give that one a try in the near future. The cheesecake from Prince Tea House was good, but please be reminded that it is not a New York style one. Nothing wrong with that! I also had the waffle with nutella, strawberries, and green tea ice cream and it tasted pretty standard. Just wish it was a tad more crispy on the outside. The Fruit Toast was nice and soft on the inside and was topped with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, and contained fruits such as strawberries, bananas, and mangoes. The crust, on the other hand, was tough and a bit hard to chew. Overall, I enjoyed the different teas that I've ordered throughout my visits. I did find the prices for the food and drinks to be on the pricier side for the amount that they gave.
