Not only that, after his appointment he is incredibly soft and for once not massively shedding all over everything. She got right in there with conditioner and brushing and blow drying and I've never seen (or felt) his coat so soft and smooth. I also can't help thinking how good my li'l dog must feel now! I bet he's warmer, too, with his coat all cleaned up like this. Overall, just really high quality work-much better than I could ever do myself. This is totally worth doing, even if you never thought about taking your dog to a groomer (which I hadn't-I always washed and brushed him myself). Logistically: it was easy to make an appointment and her business is well marked and easy to find with good parking. Plan to drop off your dog and pick him up a couple hours later. She communicated with me very well about when he would be ready; it did take about 45 minutes longer than the original time estimate, but this wasn't a problem because she kept me informed.

He no longer can see out of his one eye. He has walked into the building and my TV stand. I don't know what happened but I know that he is not the same dog as before he was groomed.
