Good for people who live in Anchorage but tough if you live out of town…read more The girl today made it very clear that they will absolutely won't work with you if you live out of town to arrange a different pick up or drop off time. Makes it tough to match their hours which requires staying an extra night in anchorage if you can't make it there by 6pm ( or skip a day of work) to make an early flight out the next morning or sit and wait in their lot for 3.5 hours (like i did today due to flight into Anchorage time just missed their 12:30pm close time) to pick up my dog to drive 3 hrs back to the peninsula. Their times make it very difficult to use them if you live out of town. Otherwise they are decent and fair priced. Just no after hours number to call - they absolutely will not work with you if you need to pick up or drop of your dog any other times between 9-12:30pm or 3-6pm nor will they answer the phone. I asked about a number in case of an emergency and was told they didn't offer that either.

We called the clinic the morning after the ER surgery to ask questions of Dr. Jen during business hours and received no phone call back to inquire about the condition of our dog, who had been a patient of Highland since she was a puppy. Emailed the clinic to request to specifically speak with the vet who performed the spay surgery and again, the vet won't call us to discuss the condition or my questions after the trauma of almost losing our dog. Vet tech called one WEEK later to check on our dog and left a voicemail. Disappointed is an understatement. Won't be going back.
