I can appreciate that we are all still in lockdown type status but given today's technology, there is no reason why people should not be able to check their messages from a far nor be able to return a phone call. Especially when it could be new business. Very frustrating; hard to find groomers for long-haired cats to begin with, but dealing with the frustration of not even being able to get an answer just piles it on.
