THE NO-NAME

Came in after a rainy day at the museum and it was a great experience with our friendly and knowledgeable waiter! He gave really yummy recommendations. Plus there was no strict dress code. Drink: the No-Name (gin, lime juice, Prosecco) which was so refreshing and perfect- not too sweet or tart. Appetizers: all beef meatballs with marinara sauce & garlic bread. Pro tip: dip the garlic bread into the marinara sauce for warm, delicious hugs with each bite. Literally melted in your mouth! Entree: half chicken & vegetables. Chicken was very moist and flavorful. I thought it wasn't going to fill me up but I was pleasantly surprised with how stuffed I was afterwards. The vegetables weren't anything special though. Dessert: tiramisu. Probably the best tiramisu I've had in a long time! Huge portion, I wish I could've taken it home with me

Roasted half chicken with vegetables and roasted potatoes

We were greeted with a smile and quick service! It's a charming little place with authentic Italian dishes and wine! We started with the Michelangelo Chianti wine which was great! I had the half roasted chicken with vegetables and roasted fingerling potatoes and my husband had the salmon . Both were cooked perfectly and very tasty . My husband never eats all his vegetables but he ate every bite .

Salad was tasty. Great choice.

Location was perfect, pricing was good, staff was great, and the food was delicious. I love the fact of being able to get a simple, healthy, and delicious meal. The rotisserie chicken was perfect and I'll definitely be back. Don't miss this treat.

Spaghetti and Meatball

Food is not good. Especially at the price point. Ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese yesterday. The sauce was bland and pasta overcooked. The service was ok. Ambiance was quaint and quiet with dim lighting, occasional distraction of the servers (locals) loudly talking out in the dining area. This type of distraction could have been avoided if they would have done this behind the kitchen door and away from the diners trying to enjoy their meals in peace. Today I gave them a second chance and ordered takeout thespaghetti and meatball. I figured "that's a dish you can't mess up". I was wrong. I couldn't finish it. Meatballs were soggy and fall apart. And the sauce, again bland, maybe even more so compared to yesterday. Thankfully I didn't have to pay for it since the hotel comps it. But I do not recommend this place to anyone paying out of pocket.

For a restaurant located inside a DoubleTree hotel, the food wasn't that bad. The pasta was al dente, although not all the pasta was boiled the same. I entered from the hotel lobby, but you can also access the restaurant from the mall. The restroom is just to the left side of the bar. There is only one toilet. The inside of this restaurant is very small and dark. They have some bar seating. The tables outside are more spacious. I got the rigatoni bolognese for lunch. It was mid. Can't say I will be back.

This restaurant is on the first level of the Double Tree. We were staying here for a work event during Art Basel, so you can imagine that the whole area was busy. I had the wedge salad with salmon. It hit the spot. The dressing was tasty and surprisingly I woke up thinking of how much I enjoyed it. We sat outside were it was not as loud. Inside the restaurant it was a bit louder than what we were looking for. The outdoor seating sits along the valet parking area, however when seated you don't even notice the valet taking place. I tried aperol spritz. Aston can see in the photo, it was way to orange and tasted like cough medicine. Joshua our waiter took it back immediately. Joshua was efficient. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food. The two that ordered the lasagna really enjoyed it. One person had been here before and came back specifically for the lasagna. Enjoy!

Loved my experience here! The warm bread to start was great. The server was knowledgeable and attentive. I ordered the special, which was a chicken parm with prosciutto on top and wow! The amount of freshly shaved prosciutto on top of the chicken was huge! I loved it, and it was affordable. Will be back.

Food was fresh and delicious! Service was quick and staff were friendly. Nice indoor and outdoor space to eat!

Drinks from the bar are very good. We had a few Smokey old fashions.

Amazing restaurant. Everything was fresh and amazing. The entire team treated us like family. The meatballs are truly amazing and it brought me back to my grandmothers kitchen years ago. Every dish was great. Dessert was also fresh and tasty in every way. Love this place. Add it to your list to come and visit so you can have the same experience.

The Banana Bread French Toast for brunch was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed every bite of it. Brunch at Primo's Italian Restaurant was fantastic and we are glade we went. Everyone in our group said that they enjoyed their food.

Stopped by Primos today and I was pleasantly surprised by the food! The place inside looks really nice however we sit outside since we were in gym clothes. Our server brought us the menu right away and on the weekends they have available the Brunch menu and the Dinner menu. We were starving so decided to order from the dinner menu. Our server brought bread and it was delicious! For our entrees, we ordered the Lasagna which was really compact and the bolognese sauce was incredible. Also, we ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo and I haven't had a really good Alfredo sauce in a long time. It wasn't only cream but it had a seasoning base that added more flavor to the dish. Both dishes were a really good sizes!

Excellent Duck Pappadelle!

THE BEST DATE-NIGHT ROMANTIC SPOT IN MIAMI…read more Pane y Vino is one of those rare restaurants that gets everything right: charming, delicious, romantic, and completely unique. The décor has so much personality, and the entire experience feels wonderfully old-school--from the attentive service to the little details that make you feel genuinely taken care of. The owner is lively, charismatic, and absolutely charming, faithfully tending to her guests and making the whole room feel warm and personal. And then there's the food. The carpaccio was exceptional: paper-thin slices of fresh beef topped with delicately sliced mushrooms and a unique lemon crème that made the whole dish sing. The mussels were enormous, served in a spicy tomato broth so delicious you'll want to finish it with a spoon. Just when you think it can't get any better, dessert arrives. Homemade, gourmet, and prepared right at your table--and somehow it doesn't feel gimmicky at all. It's genuinely spectacular. The surprise hint of Nutella hidden beneath the delicate finger cookies takes it completely over the top. And if you love eggplant parmigiana, theirs is top of the line. The portions are hearty, the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality and experience, and the atmosphere is made for a romantic night out. One warning: make your reservation in advance. Pane y Vino gets packed, and once you experience it, you'll understand why.

One always think "if they have good ingredients they're going to be good" but apparently, Pane e Vino misses this notion: they have the best ingredients for sure but also the master hand of incredible chefs that make every dish unique. My mum had the Cannelloni di la Nonna, smooth, and delicious. My dad had the Maltagliatti, and he didn't talk after he finished. I was celebrating my birthday. And I asked for the Alla Ruotta, but with Pappardelle. Made Al dente, this pasta was smooth, with a a sauce that merged the best Italian tomatoes, and the best Parmigiano Reggiano. I added cheese on top of it, but that's because I'm an absolute fan. Then after they sang Happy Birthday to me - something I didn't ordered - they provided the table with THE ABSOLUTE BEST TIRAMISÙ I HAVE EVER TASTED IN MY EXISTENCE. Don't ask the ingredients, enjoy. You're absolutely welcome. Creamy, soft, fresh, all done at the very moment. It makes you question why this restaurant doesn't have a Michelin star... While the concept is the classic "Italian Hole-in-the-wall" and the ambiance is quiet, ideal for a romantic date, with dim lighting and soft music, there's always an artist making pasta at the window, and there's always time for the chiacchiere with Angelo. His stories of life and recipes are great, but also some Juventus talk, and how football evolves... amazing... amazing. Amazing food. Amazing people. Grazie mile, Marco e Angelo! Divina cuccina, divina famiglia! Un grande abbraccio argentino.

So take this with a grain of salt, because this is just my opinion of my experience (I see that this is a popular restaurant in miami). The best dish that I would eat again was the short rib meatball. Was great. Also on our table for apps was a salad and a pizza. Salad was fine. Nothing I need to write home about and the pizza was a little dry for me. The sauce and cheese were dry and it's also that kind of ultra thin pizzas that it's crunchy like a cracker. I ended up putting the sauce of the short rib meatball on the pizza and actually made it much better. My version of scarpetta:) actually speaking of doing a scarpetta the bread is so good. The focaccia was really tasty and glad we tried. Now the main event, the pastas. Don't hate me now but I didn't care for them! The amatriciana was soo salty and the guanciale was soggy. Not enjoyable to eat at all. The cacio e Pepe also was salty and yes I know the cheese makes it salty but it was too much and again not enjoyable. Both pastas were really not great and both were so so gummy. I found them to be so gummy. Not al dente but not overcooked. It was just such a weird consistency to eat. Desserts were fine. Banana made me surprised that I liked it and the tiramisu was meh for me. Not bad but dessert in general was okay. Service was phenomenal though!!

Calamari was a solid, shareable plate, though it's the one I'd skip next time to save room.Caesar salad is the classic done with a showman's flair tableside. Crisp, garlicky, and properly dressed. For pasta we obviously had to get the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka because it's the dish everyone talks about, and it earns it. Silky sauce, a slow building kick. We ordered half portions for the table, which was the smart move, since you want to taste everything. The Sequoia Grove Cab by the glass was an easy pairing with the richness of the pasta. We also got two orders of the Lobster Ravioli was rich and delicate to share , with real lobster flavor rather than just cream. Order it. The menu is concise, to the point and mainly focused on traditional and/or comfort food in this case Italian. I can't believe I had it saved for so many years but today I got to experience some of the best food I've had in the city with the most remarkable service ever. This is a family owned restaurant and as a customer I felt as family too. Beto, the owner, makes you feel like part of his extended family from the moment you step foot in the joint and all throughout your culinary adventure. I hadn't made reservations and he made sure to find me a table for one even though it was super busy at the time. He also recommended a few dishes but ultimately convinced me to try one of the chef's specials which I've been talking about till this day. His staff is also very attentive and diligent. Having said that let me break down what I ate with a nice chilled glass of wine: Antipasto: Burratina...Fresh homemade burrata mozzarella on top of thin slices of prosciutto, basil and extra-virgin olive oil. Served with roasted red peppers and tomatoes. All fresh and with high quality ingredients without a doubt. I wanted something light before the pasta and this was very filling so I couldn't finish it but... Entre: Chef's special...Pappardelle Patagonia. Green flat homemade noodle with vodka sauce, Italian sausage, pancetta, mushrooms and fresh herbs. This was one of the best pasta dishes I've had in my life. Perfectly cooked "al dente" with a creamy vodka sauce that'd have you wanting to lick the damn plate. That Italian sausage was also so divine and they don't skimp on portions or ingredients. I'm glad Beto suggested this one instead of the Pappardelle Italian sausage. Dolci: cheesecake. I have no idea how I still had a little bit of room for dessert after that feast but this cheesecake was all worth it. Not overly sweet and very rich and velvety. This is arguably one of the best Italian joints in town. Just delicious Italian comfort food made with love and excellent service to got with it. Beto offered an espresso to end this extraordinary meal. He takes the time to go to every table and make sure customers are taken care of and that's what makes the difference. These are the type of restaurants that leave a lasting impression on their patrons and make them come back time after time.
