When I checked the order status it displayed that it was not yet fulfilled. I contacted their customer service who stated it was not yet shipped and once it is shipped it will be 4-5 business days. This order was needed to complete an important repair and will result is a one week delay on my end. Their customer service could have simply overnight delivered the package but chose instead to save a few dollars and cause damage to their customer. This is not the kind of business I would ever deal with again.

Ran the dryer for 1 minute said it's getting hot, checked the dryer vent and said good air flow which I already knew since I told him that wasn't the problem. Not much diagnosing if you ask me. I advised that it got hot then the heat stops and doesn't dry. Told me to run it on time dry to bypass the sensors. He said if this doesn't work then your computer is going to out and it's time for a new one. I texted him just to double check nothing could be done and said nope. The problem is your computer. Well I had a gut felling. Called some one else and they DIAGNOSED the dryer and the dryers gas coils were bad. Now my dryer is working like new. Wish I could get my money back but leason learned.
