Everywhere you look there's trash. Today while walking my dogs, two "workers" came out to tell me to stay off their property, that the clients are complaining about the dog poop, and something about the "owner"...all while I was A.) walking thru an empty parking lot (what clients?) B.) literally while holding a bag of my dog's poop. Then the employees followed closely behind me to ensure that I was on the public sidewalk. Customers are so "WORRIED" about poop but not the broken glass, discarded food containers, baby items, napkins, liquor bottles, bags and the USED condoms among many other things? HILARIOUS! I hope these two also warn the gaggle of geese to not poop on "their property" either...because they're definitely crapping on their property too. Also-it's probably not too bright to harass people walking by on public property, just because they have dogs.

So my wife and I stopped in and was greeted by Ann & Rick, what an absolute delight, Rick and Ann were so welcoming and friendly, great sense of humor and we connected immediately. it was very humid on the day we were moving into our climate controlled unit. Ann and Rick were driving around and stopped to see if we were ok. We lwere so hot, sweaty, and miserable, Ann's warm smile and Rick's quiet but friendly demeanor made us feel better and in a on few minutes Ann brought us each a cold bottle of water, we were so taken back by their kindness, and concern. My review is for the Uhaul Dealership here…read more I rented a smaller uhaul truck from this location and did the after hours pickup/dropoff. It was the first time I had ever scheduled after hours so was worried how the process would go. In my request, I put in for furniture protection cloths. When I arrived, the process was easier than I thought. I dloaded the Uhaul app, and they had 5 lock boxes near the front door. Through the app, it gave me a code for the key and also a photo of where my uhaul was. Everything was all there! The drop-off process took a little longer (had to take like 8 photos) but the convenience and ease of getting/returning Uhaul was much simpler than I expected. The only complaint I have is that the small uhauls don't have a ramp and I "think" the Uhaul we had contained bed bugs. Please thoroughly clean vehicles after each use.
