This so called moving company is nothing but out to steal your money and property. I had them scheduled to move me yesterday 7/25 between 1-3 and they finally showed up at 4:30. My very small 1 bedroom move from Decatur to Kennesaw took 5 hours! Damage property was an understatement and when it was all said and done there was a piece of framed art that I brought back from Italy missing. I immediately called Andrew. This morning he told me they do not have it an he movers claim I called them the "N" word!!!! Never in my life have I used the "N" word! I won't even get into having to fight to get my new mattress put into the plastic I had for it....this is Covid-19 safety! Or the fact that my sofa cushions were soaked with sweat. My advice....STAY AWAY FROM TRG MOVING AND STORAGE! This says response rate 100%...try 0%. Company completely unresponsive. read more

Someone that is a distant acquaintance recommended TRG to move a sofa and chair from a retail furniture shop to my house. So glad I listened! TRG really pulled through at the last minute. Moving is usually stressful but TRG made it really seamless. The staff greeted me with kindness and professionalism and they had me smiling under my mask during the whole move. They applied proper safety precautions to keep me and their movers safe. They made sure that I was happy throughout the move both with how and where they were moving my belongings but also with their elevated customer service. I just want to say about TRG moving and storage, that I was a bit hesitant because Previously I moved and had a bad experience so I was scared. 4/24/20 was our move date 9am, they were here early the Boss man Ron and 2 other great guys Eddie and Justin, I can't brag enough, they were outstanding, kind nice manners hardworking team , they took great precautions with my furniture, they work efficiently and well they first looked at all we wanted moved, then carefully figured how and where to start, they worn mask and gloves the whole time and made us very comfortable. Look I can't say enough I could go on and I willJustin hooked up my washer/dryer and I will hire him to come back to set up my wall mount my tv's and other things. So anyway we got all moved to new residence everything right where we wanted it and again these guys don't play I-couldn't get them to break to drink cold water, I tell you they are the best. and believe me I know as I move a lot. We like using small businesses whenever possible, especially during this time of COVID, so when it came time to move from one end of Kennesaw to the other, we opted for a small business, TRG Moving and Storage in Marietta - instead of a nationally known outfit such as Allied or Mayflower. We now regret that decision as we are very disappointed with the services of TRG Movers, and unless something drastically changes with their level of customer service I WOULD NOT recommend them, PERIOD!!! In addition to having a final price that was more than double what we were initially quoted, a number of household items were damaged during their packing and moving process including nightstands, lamps, dishes and furniture. The bottom skirt on a one-of-a-kind conversational sofa is badly soiled from being placed on the floor of the truck without any protection during loading and transport. TRG's so-called "cabinet expert" for whose services we paid an extra charge to disassemble and then reassemble an expensive wall-sized, multi-sectional bookcase, proceeded to break much of the attachment hardware during the disassembly process and then used non-standard replacement hardware in order to reassemble the bookcase. TRG's person responsible for packing the refrigerator neglected to pack the section of the freezer that contained all of the meat and seafood. So, 3-days later when the refrigerator was delivered, it was obvious that everything in that section had to be discarded. The refrigerator and freezer door handles required removal to get it through the door. That attachment hardware is nowhere to be found. During the move, we provided pictures of the damage to some pieces as it occurred and was assured it would be taken care of to our satisfaction. It was not. It has now been two weeks since the move completed, and after our repeated attempts to bring each of these specific issues to their attention, we have yet to have a response - much less any attempt at resolution - by TRG. It seems that once they received payment, all communication on their side ceased. read more

They don't use blankets or any other safety precautions when moving items. Several furniture items had damage. And walls/door frames that the furniture hits Don't handle boxes with care, computer monitor stand broken. But they're inexpensive, you get what you pay for. read more
