Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. Called for packing take, called for boxing items, called constantly instead of reviewing my items and giving me a quote for the job it was a daily harassment for money. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you want broken and damaged items and being harassed daily for money.

Did my freshly painted wall and ceiling get a little scuffed up? Yes, but something is always going to get a little banged up during a move, that's just reality. Atlanta Home Movers was so fast to provide a quote and also follow up. Other companies estimated 7-9 hours for my move but these guys hustled the entire time and finished in a fraction of that time. I called Jason Williams and explained and he said email pictures, I sent several emails with no response. It seems their website has been removed. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

Moving Powers - Absolutely Unprofessional (Worst Move of My Life)…read more I had what I can only describe as the absolute worst moving experience of my entire life with Moving Powers. From the moment the movers arrived, everything went downhill. To start, they showed up 45 minutes late--and when they finally pulled up, the truck had a ginormous hole in it. That alone should've been my sign to cancel on the spot. It got worse: they arrived with none of the proper moving materials you'd expect a moving company to have. No blankets, no dollies, no tape--nothing. I'm not sure how any company considers that remotely acceptable when you're handling people's belongings. Then came the most unprofessional part of all. Jeff called the movers and told them to stop my move because he wasn't satisfied with how much money he was going to get paid--even though he is the one who quoted me that price in the first place. It felt shady, disorganized, and honestly unbelievable. On top of that, the movers themselves were extremely unprofessional in their attitude and approach. The entire experience was stressful, chaotic, and handled with zero care or accountability. If you're thinking about using this company, think again and hire someone else who is actually professional, prepared, and respectful. And one more thing: if you look at Yelp, you'll notice that in review after review, the owner Jeff responds by gaslighting customers and retaliating, leaving "feedback" that doesn't match what actually happened.
