Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. We have hired Two Men and a Truck twice now and both times it was a terrible experience! The…read morefirst time the movers "couldn't " fit all of our furniture in the 26 foot truck, but was very quick to sell his side moving business to us off the books for the next day. Why the heck would I pay you off the books when we hired your company now to move everything?!?! The main guy then proceeded to try and sell his painting/lawn care/ home remodeling business to us..... seriously, just move my furniture and go away! The second time we used them we had asked for only 2 men. Miraculously a 3rd man appears and before they even move one thing, he states that we are getting the third man for free if we just hook them up with a really good tip. We never asked for a third person, especially since there were only a few pieces of furniture left and 2 men could have easily taken care of it. When the job was finally done, the same guy inquired about what their tip would be....ummm what part of we just spent a few hundred dollars on moving expenses do moving companies not understand?? When does it become a norm to tip every single fn person who does what their job description entails?? After we gave him the tip , he actually looked at us and asked , " is this for only me or for all of us?" How about the people you hire just focus on their jobs, get it done in a timely manner and not worry about a tip!!!! You all are movers, not restaurant workers serving us food. I don't have a problem tipping for good service, but to automatically ask about a tip before you moved one piece of furniture is ridiculous!! We will NEVER use this company ever again!!!! Very unprofessional!

Broke multiple items. I had many boxes marked fragile with red fragile stickers on every side of…read morethe box and still say them slinging them around. They don't care about your stuff because it's not theirs. I packed items well with packing paper and bubble wrap and still had several broken items. One of the guys DROPPED my desk and broke it to where it couldn't be used and it was not a heavy desk. We have been back and forth trying to get that replaced when the replacement was around $350. They waited so long to get back to us so now it is $450 just for them to tell us we need to buy it and they would write a check BUT only for 60 cents per pound as we were explained we didn't need the extra insurance bc we could get up to 60 cents per pound of our entire move. Now they are backpedaling and saying it's 60 cents per pound of the item. They didn't explain it that way. I'm wondering how they weighed each item specifically if that were the case. Lol so with it not being a heavy desk, we may get $20 for a $450 desk. How does that make sense? I regret we chose this company to move. They also chipped the corner of my Trim in my brand new house while moving my washer in to the laundry room and they knew they did it and didn't say anything. Bad business with careless employees.

We have moved many times in our 50+ yrs together, and we have NEVER seen a crew work like these guys! They are like a well oiled machine - but with loads of personality to boot! They were right on time, friendly, professional, lightning fast, yet careful both loading and unloading. It was amazing to watch them work, and we could not be happier with our decision to use this company. We would definitely use them again in the future! Highly recommend!
