The boys and Phillip are hard working, kind, polite, honest, and communicative; however, they do NOT know how to move big homes! A lot of our furniture now has scratches and dents, and that is not even the most upsetting part. This beautiful newly renovated home we just bought now has scratches on the hardwood floors and dents on the walls. We stretched to buy this home and now it has bumps and bruises before we even started living in it :( The boys were careful, but they do not know how to load a trailer - never stack 10 boxes high with no ratchet to secure it all together. And make sure the laundry machines are properly padded and covered. We bought our laundry machine (you know those aren't cheap) less than a year ago and now there are DEEP scratches on it and the lid won't even close all the way. So many of our belongings fell on top of each other in the 2.5 mile drive to our new home. Moreover, they did not start until 10am and did not end until 9pm, and that's only because my injured husband (ankle injury in which he has been advised to not exercise, hence hiring movers) had to help for hours AND they still ended up leaving a lot of heavy things in the garage because it was getting so late and everyone was so tired. Phillip completely under-estimated the number of movers needed and how long it would take. My husband had already asked Phillip to finish the next day because his boys were already 8 hours deep and tired, and their unfit, completely inexperienced buddy had already left, but I'm sure they just did not want to pay for another day to rent a U-Haul. If you need a one-bedroom apartment moved - hire them. If you need simple unloading (no fancy appliances) - hire them. If you need someone strong - hire them. If you need someone knowledge on how to move a 3,000 sq ft home - do NOT hire them.

We corresponded and I was giving all the information up front. Everybody was very nice and friendly who I talked to and the customer service was good. Now there was a deposit that was sent, which I was sent a form to submit the payment so it was a easy peasy process. I was told by Xavier that the price may not be the same but he said he would get it right back to me with unadjusted quote and he did. And it wasn't super out of pocket either, it was still similar so those were desirable things to hear. After the move was done I was given a form to fill out and pay the rest of the payment, also super easy! They made the transition very simple. During the move I was kept in communication constantly. About what time the truck would arrive. Xavier got in and reviewed the area, then went down and they got to work. They already brought all of their own equipment as far as padding and wrapping so I thought that was awesome. That was really helpful because it was needed because I didn't have the time to do it myself. They did all of the wrapping and even help me break down my desk and then put it back up. Took about 4 or 5 hours all together, but overall I will satisfy with the results. I am pleased at deciding to go with this company. They offer a lot of communication, they can try to get you a reasonable rate, they're not hassling you over time and distance, and they put everything back the way they got it.
