Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. I used them for an out-of-state move, and what could have been an incredibly stressful experience was handled by a group of motivated, friendly, professional young men who genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. I've moved enough times to know that isn't always the case. Moving is hard, physical work, and I've encountered crews elsewhere who understandably seemed overworked, rushed, or unhappy to be there. Campbell has clearly done a fantastic job building a team with a completely different culture. Everyone was courteous, positive, hardworking, and incredibly conscientious with my belongings. The level of care really impressed me. Every single item was properly protected with moving blankets and shrink wrap. Marble tabletops were carefully removed and handled separately. When they reached a delicate shelving unit with glass shelves, they didn't rush or take shortcuts -- they took the time to remove each piece of glass, wrap it properly, and make sure everything was transported safely. That attention to detail continued throughout the entire move. Most importantly, I never felt like I had to supervise or worry. I could see that they knew what they were doing and cared about doing it well, which allowed me to relax during a process that is normally anything but relaxing. Campbell and the team also worked with me on pricing and were very fair. One piece of advice for anyone getting a quote: take the time to provide as accurate an inventory as possible. It will help them give you the most competitive and realistic price from the beginning. Moving isn't inexpensive, particularly when you're going out of state, but Bullseye was absolutely worth it. Professional, careful, hardworking, friendly, and trustworthy from start to finish. I would hire them again without hesitation and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

On move day, Mike + 3 others (so 4 total movers) showed up on time, and ready to move. They moved my entire 2 bed 2 bath apartment to a house in 4.5 hours, which is quite a feat since the apartment required an elevator and loading dock to exit. They would fully dissemble furniture, move it into the spot you wanted it in your new home, and reassemble it. I didn't have to lift a finger. Also, Mike and his team hustled the entire time. They moved as fast as you possibly could, without damaging any of my furniture. We are so thankful and will certainly recommend Georgia Home Movers to all friends and family in the Atlanta-area for future moves. Thank you all so much! Kate, who hub "M" said was 'very friendly and reassuring', spoke with my husband several times, assuring him the entire job could be accomplished in 3 days at most, maybe 3 separate visits, by she and her 2 assistants. Come #1 appt. day, 9 a.m.. a man & woman showed up & began packing every item in and upon downstairs furniture in huge new boxes, taped up. My hub, who was NOT asked or instructed by Kate's crew of 2 whether or how to help, went upstairs where he packed everything in his professional art studio into his saved boxes. By 1:30 p.m. the 2 helpers said they were through for the day (9 a.m.-- 1:30p.m.) and departed, leaving a high stack of huge filled cardboard boxes stacked high at far end of our open plan living/dining area. They said they'd return to work on upstairs bedrooms but next morning someone (not Kate iirc) called hub to say the heft young man had hurt his back packing. Since my hub alone had carried boxes to garage storage bin, I wondered. My hub "M" repeatedly called and emailed "Order by Kate" but from my understanding there was no phone reply or follow-up on proceeding with our project. Before the 9 am - 1:30 pm visit my husband had paid $750.00 in advance to Order by Kate. (We may have a bit too much nice 'stuff' in a couple closets but let me make clear no rooms are remotely dirty or impassible like those shown in TV shows like 'Hoarders'.)

They didn't screw in any of the parts of the bedframe and just out a mattress on top of it to make it look like it was fully assembled. I reached out to them and they said they would stop by and take a look the following week and I never heard from them again. This was disappointing because they had been amazing all move. Worked hard, communicated well, never complained etc. But Im going to have to throw out a desk and reassemble furniture because they weren't careful
