I don't write reviews often -- much less raving reviews like this one. I own two businesses -- one bricks and mortar in a more established market, and the other a newer, internet-only biz. When we reached a point where it was time to upgrade our computer equipment, Dan was there to help and guide us with an assortment of options that met both our needs and our budget. We're now fully up to date and loving it. Further, with the continued explosion of the internet and its capabilities, I had no real idea of how to promote my business on-line so that more customers could find us. And here's where the real distinction lies for these guys. There are any number of companies out there willing to take your money to help improve your internet presence -- but what I found time after time as sales reps sat across the desk from me was that they were in the "telling" mode -- with very little "listening" going on. What I mean is that these companies may have good ideas to improve your internet presence -- but (as the founder and owner of my company for 26+ years now) I think I have a better understanding of who my customers are and what they want. So someone "telling" me what I need is not as valuable as someone who is able to LISTEN and work hand in hand with me -- building on both our experience bases to make improvements. ITCSY does just that. How do I know? 60 days after we started working with them, my service provider contacted me -- we had so much traffic to our site we had to DOUBLE the amount of space we'd been using before. They were amazing. They evaluated my current system, which is also integrated into an AV system, wrote up a proposal which I accepted. The system they installed is amazing. I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. Lastly, Phil was the senior technician on my job and was phenomenal. Gina works in the office and is fantastic as well. This is my first Yelp review. I felt compelled to endorse this company because they are a breath of fresh air in NYC, where quality of product and service are often hard to find!
