I went to different places to get their price quotes and majority of the places gave me an estimate of $175-250. Then I googled and found this place and they said to replace the LCD screen for $110. Other places I went to like Repair Sharks the owner told me it's going to be $150 for used and $180 or more for the new one but those were the estimated prices but once they open up the LCD screen then they will know how much for sure. So I thought let me try this place and the price was in my budget. This was probably my biggest mistake. I dropped off my laptop last week Wednesday and the manager for this place said I'll have my laptop back by Sunday the latest. I called them few times on Saturday and Sunday but kept having the luck of speaking to a guy who barely spoke English, so we had a hard time communicating. Finally got hold of the guy who speaks English so I was able to ask him when I'll get my laptop back and he said Thursday at 12pm. I am really upset about the fact they told me to come pick up the laptop and when I arrived it wasn't even ready. I had to wait 2 hours and to my surprise I turn the laptop on the screen is blank nothing displays. Spoke to the technician and I had to emphasize if the laptop wasn't ready why did they make me come in. This genius tells me you can reset it yourself and start fresh more so you should've made sure the screen was working before making me come in to pick up. Today is Friday and I get a call from the technician saying we can't change the LCD screen your motherboard is broken but apparently the motherboard works with the old screen not the new one. The technician told me I need to pay more to get the motherboard fixed so the LCD screen can work. Are you kidding me like how is the motherboard at fault when it works with the old LCD screen but not the new bootleg one you ordered. Not only that they completely ruined my laptop now it doesn't even work with the old LCD screen and looks like they also damaged my keyboard. This place is highly unprofessional and they're a rip off trying to make money by adding extra things that don't even exist. The technician has no clue what he's doing probably some bootleg technician from somewhere watching YouTube videos trying to fix a laptop. He had the audacity to tell me I wasted their time more so they wasted my time. It's been a week I had to call them numerous times to find out about my laptop. I'll never recommend this place to anyone!! Just pay little more but go to someone highly professional and I surely learned my lesson not to deal with these pricks. Not sure why this place is even still in business they can't even talk to their customers properly.

Unreliable, slipshod and untruthful. I had a package…read moredropped off at 1:00pm on a Tuesday. The person who dropped it off was handed a handwritten note with the tracking number. Checked the tracking number with fedex that evening and nothing was found. Checked again next day, Wednesday, at 10am, 11am, then at noon. All came back with number not found. Finally, I went back to the store to find out what was happening. Upon entering the store, I saw my package shoved in a shelf with a pile of other packages in front of it about four feet from the entrance and quite reachable by any one who would.like to grab one. Spoke to the person who accepted the package the previous day, who immediately demanded to know what time it was dropped off. He then declared that it was dropped off AFTER the FedEx truck picked up. We then tried to verify the tracking number that he wrote down against the shipping label and he declared that what he wrote down was the ONLY correct one and we should not use the one on the shipping label. To avoid any further discussion, I just verified the tracking number I had from the shipper against the preprinted shipping label then left Checked the full tracking number at 8pm, found the item and saw that it was picked up at 6pm. Unless fedex has an erratic pickup schedule then he lied about the package being dropped off AFTER the FedEx truck came through on tuesday because the package was picked up at 6pm on Wednesday. Also, the packages were not adequately secured, anyone can pop in, grab a package and leave without anyone in the store noticing. Do NOT use this store to drop off Fedex (and DHL) packages. No real receipt given, sloppy handling and care of packages. Will never use them again
