Owner walks around huffing and puffing like he's some kind of WWE wrestler. Wants people to feel free to discuss problems with him. His mother and girlfriend work there and are both afraid to speak to him. People walk around on egg shells all day waiting to be blamed for something. Has a manager who runs the office and manipulates all his reports to the owner to favor himself. Mental games are played everyday with everyone who works there.
