For the millwork I purchased interior doors, mouldings, wainscot, fiberglass columns, and exterior, Azek and fir for facia, soffit material etc.. Once the framing was complete, Mike came out to the house before the quote to measure everything and make sure the 2 dozen doors had the correct opening orientation and size. We went over many molding profiles and door styles. The price was very competitive and it was an easy decision. Once we got started, Mike was always quick to respond and when I needed a few add on pieces the truck was there for delivery to keep my schedule on track. I wish all of my suppliers were as good! He came out the next day to measure, and yesterday our beautiful door was installed. His workers speak very highly of him and he shows up in the beginning to make sure the job is started properly. My schedule was tight and he did everything to accommodate me sending his guys on a Saturday and they stayed late too! My issue is 90% of everything ended up needing to be repaired afterwards... things were put on wrong /backwards (shower door), messed up my bathroom door where it wouldn't close anymore, did a job with tiles in bathroom and made a decision without consulting with me and I hated the results and told him so I'm stuck with it unless I pay to have it redone. Getting in touch with him and to return was challenging. I was told they would start on a certain date to fix the mistakes.... This is after months and renegotiating when they could come. The reason my ratings aren't lower is because Paulie did send his men to fix the issues (I sent pictures that were undeniable that the work was not up to standards). I decided to push for a week day (which he told me numerous of times it was easier to schedule). 2 men showed up and did a GREAT JOB in fixing the previous issues. So I say do not get work done on the weekends.... It was stressful, they also turned off my dryer or heater without telling me... of course my not knowing I thought it was broken.... The list goes on.... Luckily Paulie caught it when I complained my dryer suddenly stopped working (not realizing his men caused this!)....

We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. Mark was great to deal with and worked with us. The crew was hardworking - worked quickly but carefully, made the necessary repairs and made sure to clean up all the debris. The roof looks great!
