The installation was seamless; two men arrived on time, introduced themselves and got the job done leaving no mess behind. His workers speak very highly of him and he shows up in the beginning to make sure the job is started properly. My schedule was tight and he did everything to accommodate me sending his guys on a Saturday and they stayed late too! My issue is 90% of everything ended up needing to be repaired afterwards... things were put on wrong /backwards (shower door), messed up my bathroom door where it wouldn't close anymore, did a job with tiles in bathroom and made a decision without consulting with me and I hated the results and told him so I'm stuck with it unless I pay to have it redone. Getting in touch with him and to return was challenging. I was told they would start on a certain date to fix the mistakes.... This is after months and renegotiating when they could come. The reason my ratings aren't lower is because Paulie did send his men to fix the issues (I sent pictures that were undeniable that the work was not up to standards). I decided to push for a week day (which he told me numerous of times it was easier to schedule). 2 men showed up and did a GREAT JOB in fixing the previous issues. So I say do not get work done on the weekends.... It was stressful, they also turned off my dryer or heater without telling me... of course my not knowing I thought it was broken.... The list goes on.... Luckily Paulie caught it when I complained my dryer suddenly stopped working (not realizing his men caused this!)....

We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. Mark was great to deal with and worked with us. The crew was hardworking - worked quickly but carefully, made the necessary repairs and made sure to clean up all the debris. The roof looks great! Said we need a new panel (whew - we were worried we might need a whole new door) and that they'd relay the results back to the office so they could advise us on pricing and timing. -Monday afternoon, barely 30 minutes later: Someone called from the office with the price and said they could do the job the next day since the panel was in stock. -Tuesday mid-morning: Guys were at our replacing the panel. Found that the panel had some dings when they took it out of the box; said they'd install it for the time being but replace with a new one. Said we wouldn't pay until the new panel was in. -Tuesday early afternoon: Came back with the replacement panel and finished the job. -Tuesday afternoon: Husband called and spoke with Scott at the office (I think there are two Scotts) to pay with credit card. End of transaction. Barely 24 hours after it happened, it was like nothing happened. We appreciate the promptness, the professional yet friendly conduct of all involved, and the fact that the guys who came were masked by default. They're the real deal; A+ and highly recommended!
