Sean is an outstanding electrician and I would empathically recommend his services. We recently moved into a newly constructed home and have begun the process of installing new lighting fixtures. The job we hired Sean for encompassed hanging a very large chandelier in our foyer (with ~26 ft high ceiling), a kitchen light, three bar lights, and a closet light. The lights were expensive with a lot of decorative crystals which made me concerned about selecting the right electrician. I surveyed a few electricians and Sean was by far a standout. When he evaluated the project to provide an estimate he was very profession. He was thoughtful around different options available with our installation. In fact, he recommended a lift for the chandelier so we could lower it for cleaning and / or bulb replacements. He offered other ideas as well without pushing any of these options on our project. The chandelier light required scaffolding which made me a bit nervous given the new hardwood floors. Sean used mats to protect the floor to ensure there would be no damage. In addition, his team was meticulous, clean, and left no traces of debris from the installation. They finished the job within a day Lastly his rates are very reasonable. We had a few electricians stop by and his rates were on market but he provided thought leadership, which others did not offer. You can't go wrong hiring Sean for your electrical work. read more

Sean and his team at Rieder Electric are knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Not only did Sean listen to our thoughts and ideas regarding our project, he also used his own expertise to provide us with his own professional opinions. Sean sent the same team to our house each day, which provided consistency and familiarity. His workers did a very clean job, always leaving the house at the end of each day just as they had found it. Some things came up throughout the process which were not part of the original plan, and Sean was able to adapt and make things work. He was there with us throughout planning, budgeting, obtaining permits, the entirety of the project, inspections, and follow up after completion. I highly recommend Rieder Electric for your next electrical project, large or small. read more

Sean, the owner, runs a first rate business. Timely, reasonably priced, neat and attention to all details were the hallmarks of the job Ramone and Jeremy did when replacing all the old knob and tube wiring in our 100+ year old house. They approached the job with knowledge, thoroughness, and the utmost respect for our home. They sought innovative ways to avoid causing unnecessary damage even when it meant the job would become more complicated and take longer to accomplish. Sean was great, I called in the morning and he got us in at the end of his day. Turned out the breakers in our sub panel (that we didn't know about) had tripped so it was easily fixed with a quick switch of a button. He was nice enough to not charge me the full service fee for the easy fix. Will definitely hire him again for future projects, especially knowing he's an honest guy. read more
