Drew single handedly cleaned my sectionals and cushions while being attentive to the details of the couches and my request. He took special care ensuring no further damage would be made to the surrounding areas including floors which he suctioned cleaned. Additionally, he was very open to my questions and explained the process in detail. He explained how dust and debris easily fly despite a couch being barely used and put multiple airway systems to prevent the room from smelling and accelerate the drying process. The job wasn't rushed and this can be seen through the results. I would highly recommend Drew's services to anyone looking to have their couches cleaned. He offers additional services such as sanitization (perfect for those with furry friends) and stain removal at great prices. You will not be disappointed!

The pricing was fair and competitive for everything we wanted cleaned, and the time spent on the job was exactly what we expected. Most importantly, Brian was extremely professional. She was the best girl and never had ONE accident. Carpets never smelled nor looked stained - everyone told me it was a waste of money because my house was always so clean and ruggables are inexpensive. Still, I remembered how kind Tim was and thought - it couldn't hurt. While the before / after pictures of the rugs look about the same ... the black water does not lie. That's from my rugs! I could hear the guys in my bathroom shouting in disbelief - they were shocked when it poured out that color because the rugs didn't look dirty in the first place. It just shows you WHY you really should get rugs professionally cleaned. (FYI No harmful chemicals were used nor poured in toilet.) Beyond the excellent service - Tim remembered my girl Lulu - and even stories about my late husband. I was beyond touched. I had only met him once, and he's had hundreds of customers since that time, yet it was like he had just stopped by last week. He and his helper both took the time to not only do a fabulous job, but also connect on a personal level. As sad as I was, I felt better when they left. Absolutely recommend 10000%

I drove over to Reilly's Midland Park building and spoke in person with Peter, who gave me estimates and explained all the options. Since the rugs are large, I paid an extra charge to have them come to the house, move the furniture and take the rugs. We discovered that the rugs pads were crumbling, so I also purchased new pads that they cut to the exact dimensions. Ten days later, Peter and Dave returned with the clean rugs and new pads.
