Yes, they did a great job the filthy refrigerator and stove but as they were about done they started to work on the cabinets. It was only at the end that they showed me what was done. They removed grim but missed a few silverware drawers. The dispatcher had allotted 2 to 3 hours for the job even after I told him my tenants had trashed the place. The next day I call the rep and he sent me pictures of their work. He told me remember them for any additional work. 271 dollars later it was done. I might not use them again..... Patricia and her team were amazing! I was working with a very tight timeline between my closing and…read moremove date and Patricia was very responsive and helpful. Her team was on time, cleaned the house from top to bottom, making appliances that the previous owners had left in a filthy state look like new. In particular, there was a fridge in the basement that looked like a crime scene - I was just hoping to get it back into a somewhat reasonable state but after the cleaning, looks good enough to eat off. Worth every penny!

I can't say enough good things about Sparkling Cleaning Services! My parents' home hadn't had a…read moreproper deep clean in a few years due to some medical issues, and this team went above and beyond to make the house feel fresh and spotless again. They came fully prepared with all their own supplies, which made everything so convenient. Every corner of the house was given attention, and it was clear they took pride in their work. From scrubbing hard-to-reach areas to leaving the floors shining, they exceeded all expectations. The photos attached are the most dramatic areas of improvement, but even in the kitchen counters and cabinets that looked decently clean to me before, are now absolutely spotless and look brand new! The pricing was very fair for the exceptional quality of service provided. The cleaning turned out to be more work than expected (I likely hadn't fully conveyed the condition of some harder-to-reach areas in the "before" pictures). But the owner, Patricia, promptly texted me to let me know it would take longer and therefore cost closer to the higher end of the quoted range. She even offered to skip a few rooms in the basement if I preferred to stay more within budget. Her flexibility, professionalism, and understanding really impressed me! My parents were so happy with how everything turned out, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care and effort this team put into making their home feel like new again. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough and professional cleaning service!

He is thoughtful and considerate of each client's space, recognizing it as a place of peace and well-being, which was the exact opposite of what my apartment had become. It's been an incredibly difficult year, and challenges continue to arise, but Tim gave us a fresh start--an immense weight lifted from our bodies and the chance to breathe again. A couple of minor things for next time: while the apartment is stunningly clean, there were a few spots where the team seemed to "tap out". Some items were placed in unexpected locations--like reusable shopping bags inside the open space of the TV console, shower products left scattered, coat racks and dog harnesses still unorganized even though I sent a picture of that space to be cleaned, and kitchen spices mixed with glassware despite Tim mentioning it to his staff before they started. These are very nitpicky details and honestly not significant. If you want a solid deep clean -- Tim's your guy!!! What matters most is that I wanted a beautiful, clean space, and Organic Tim's went above and beyond to deliver that. They even rearranged some furniture, transforming this space from a reminder of chronic illness, stress, and exhaustion into a space where my family and I can come together and live fully. This space is now a home. Thank you, Tim! See you next time!

We could not be happier with the results. Every square inch was cleaned and polished. It was as if we had walked into a brand new house that had been shrink-wrapped from a factory. It had that "new house" smell that was clean and clear but not overpowering. We are looking forward to having Organic Tim's come and clean our house every month!
