The shop owner told me that he wanted to try charging it for an hour before doing anything unnecessary to my iPad; such as opening it apart. I later received a phone call that my iPad was just fine, it was just an issue with the charger. I was not charged for the diagnostics but I decided to buy the charger and an iPad cover from him, just because he was so kind and honest with me. We need more repair shops like this. Unfortunately most places will just fix things that don't need repair and charge you for it.

I was helped right away and I sat on the couch to wait for it to be repaired. About 5 minutes later the gentleman that was working on it showed me that my screen protector had shattered but the screen itself was perfectly fine. I think we all know how easy it would be for him to not have been forthcoming with that information and I am grateful for his honesty. He replaced the protector for a nominal charge and won a customer for life!

Daniel told me that I needed an original charger which I bought. That didn't help and Daniel told me to send it back to him which I did, (I live in Florida). I spent 350 dollars for the IPOD and another 35 dollars for the charger. When he received it he told me that there was nothing wrong with it and sent it back. It continued with the same issues so I took it to a local repair shop. I spent another 95 dollars and they had to replace the battery and it needed a new flex cable. Shame on you Daniel and Repair Sharks you really did a disservice to me. It is finally working properly. I would never recommend you.

Worst company ever!! Total scam. I got a Groupon and went to this place. When I got there, they…read moretold me it would take 3 hours to fix my screen on my phone which I thought was unheard of. After giving them 4 hours to fix my phone I came to find I had a totally new LCD screen cause my back light was blue when it was once white. When I asked them if they only changed the glass they said yes so I left. Within a few hours notice I couldn't click on the bottom right of my screen so it was nearly in possible to send messages or hit enter but I made due. A week later I dropped my phone from a super short distance (with a platinum case which never broke before) and my screen completely shattered. I found out after doing research that they didn't glue the phone correctly and because of the horrible job they did the glass just shattered and feel out. After I called to see if they can fix this mess up, and hoe they didn't glue the glass correctly on the phone, he went on to say I was making assumptions and hoe their insurance doesn't cover physical damage. Its because of there shitty hardware they put on my phone is why it's broken to begin with. I'm not trying to pay another 150 dollars on fixing my screen that lasted a week because of youe horrible handy work. Horrible customer service, horrible company. I will make sure to tell everyone of my bad experience here!
