Great food! I was looking for some fast food when I was in the area of Ridgefield and a friend has suggested I try Prime Burger. The food was exceptional, came out very fresh & the staff was very friendly! Only thing was the amount of time the food took to come out, however I didn't mind because of how delicious and fresh it was. I also recommend trying the Oreo milkshake... super yummy!!! Ridgefield is a cute little town. Prime Burger is a good substitute when Shake Shack is too far to get to. There are a few burger options, but with several toppings to choose from. The burger is small (kind of like Shake Shack size) and it is good. Soft bun, juicy burger. There are choices for fries as well; sweet potatoes, regular fries, waffle fries, and onion rings. I ordered a burger with pickles, mayo, and ketchup, with waffle fries with cheese and bacon on top. My food didn't arrive for roughly 25 minutes. And all that could be forgivable if the food was worth it, but between my waffle fries not having the cheese or bacon I asked for, and the patty of my burger having no taste, be it salt, or pepper or any basic seasoning. Do not come here if you want a decent or quick burger in Ridgefield. If you want a quick burger, go to Dimitri's. If you want a halfway decent burger, go to the Ancient Mariner or The Hideaway. And if you want a good burger for its price and decent service, go to Bareburger. Any one of those places deserves your patronage more than this place does, and you'll get better food for what you pay for. read more

Today was my second, and last time here. The first time, I put in an order to go only to wait 20 minutes and be told they "forgot" to put my order in. They made my order right away, and the burgers were very good. We also got onion rings and they were very greasy. They were not busy, either. I decided to give them another chance since the burgers were very good. I ordered and then realized I forgot to add cheese, and requested it be added. I paid for the cheese and waited for my order. It wasn't until after I got back and unwrapped my food did I see there was no cheese on the burgers! That I paid extra for! Also what kind of place charges extra for cheese? I got sweet potato fries too-and they were terrible. No seasoning, limp and soggy. We threw them away. I really had high hopes due to the good reviews, but the poor service and careless staff would deter me from patronizing this establishment again. Highest quality meat in a burger in Ridgefield at $10 for a burger and fries very reasonable and the second best outdoor seating area in town. Very quick service Points taken away for the size of the burger pretty tiny and all three fry orders in my picture I post where burnt or at least very overdone. Tons of flies outside as well would have to keep it a lot cleaner outside to help cut that down. Plus no beer sold here. So overall give it an OK. Stopped here on a whim driving through Ridgefield. Cute bright place filled with tables and a bar with stools. Pretty basic menus with burgers and a hot dog. Lots of fresh toppings to choose from but nothing out of the ordinary. I got the Prime burger with bacon, cheddar, onion and ketchup along with waffle fries and their "prime sauce" (referred to as a kind of thousand island dressing) on the side. The burger was cooked well (I wasn't asked for a temperature) though I prefer my burgers medium. The fries were crispy and hot and while the "prime sauce" was interesting it was in fact very similar to thousand island dressing. My cohorts enjoyed their food sampling the other burger topping options and the 9 inch hot dog. All in all it was good, a standard burger joint. read more

The burger was on the small side considering the price, but the main thing was the lack of freshness of ingredients.
