    Tuna melt - excellent

I can't believe this place only has 3.6 stars. Excellent tuna melt and Italian sandwich. No frills but good food and great prices. Nice people and next to Dairy Queen if you're feeling like a glizzy and a blizzy

I ordered chicken cutlet with chili on a toasted hard roll, and asked for the chicken to be crispy, and enough chili to know it exists on the sandwich (my typical sandwich there, and ask each time for a little more chili- paying extra if they need charge, but there should be enough without asking). Very disappointed because the chicken was slightly warmer than room temperature (putting aside possible food contamination due to improper temperature), and not a touch of crispiness. I did see the "Cook" used a microwave for other items, and after one bite, I knew my chicken was reheated in the microwave (some areas of the chicken were a different temperature than others, and the breading texture was chewy). There may have been a teaspoon of chili, and the roll was not toasted (or if it was, the chicken was left on it for too long before they wrapped it and placed it in the bag. My suggestion: If you order the cutlet, ask that it be made fresh (or at least reheated in the fryer), and ask for chili on the side, you'll get an appropriate amount that SHOULD be on a sandwich.

Great little comfort food joint in Stamford serving up all sorts of wedges and sides. The meatball parm is my favorite. There's no table service. Go to the counter and grab you grub. This spot is wildly popular so go early.

One of the best places in Fairfield County for a Steak n Cheese. They've been doing it a long time and they do it always fresh with top notch Ingredients. Try the Ruben as well as the Triple Decker Sandwiches!!

Was invited by the owners Rich and Brittney to sample their tasty menu, and was not disappointed! They recently updated the inside of the building and gave it a fresh modern feel while still sticking to the history of the building. Tried the chili fries, BBQ bacon cheeseburger, chili cheese dog, and Ryder's favorite sandwich. The burger and the chicken cutlet sandwich were huge hits, and their chili had a nice kick to it, without leaving you with that mouth burn. Thanks so much for having us stop by!

Great sandwich spot. Wedge Inn has a nice menu loaded with delicious sandwiches and sides. The shop gets busy for lunch but the staff is good at keeping things moving. I stopped in for the first time after repeatedly hearing that it's the best sandwich place around. The steak and cheese with grilled onion and chili cheese fries were outstanding. I left completely full and satisfied.

Great value breakfast, soft wedge, good taste. Red velvet muffins were really good, one toasted w/ butter and one regular

Disorganized and chaotic. Not worth any wait. My fish sandwich was a smidge better than McDonald's but so much more expensive. Don't go.

Inside, the café is clean, inviting, and has a warm atmosphere that's perfect for grabbing a coffee or catching up with a friend. I ordered a large cold brew with vanilla syrup, and it was easily the highlight of my visit. Smooth, refreshing, and nicely balanced without being overly sweet. I would absolutely order it again. For food, I tried the Breakfast Burrito, although it's really closer to a Crunchwrap than a traditional burrito. It comes with scrambled eggs, bacon, peppers and onions, cheddar cheese, avocado mash, tater tots, and lima crema. On paper, it sounded like a home run. Unfortunately, the execution did not live up to the description. It ended up being extremely greasy, mushy, and surprisingly lacking flavor despite having so many ingredients. I kept expecting each bite to get better, but it never really did. It was one of those dishes that had a lot of potential but just missed the mark. My cold brew and breakfast came to $23.84 with tax, which felt a little expensive for a breakfast wrap and coffee. Overall, I'd definitely come back for the coffee because it was excellent. As for the food, I'd probably try something different next time. If the kitchen can match the quality of the coffee, this place could be a real standout.

My…read moreserver was very polite and the free parking lot in back was easy but it was not my favorite diner experience of the year. Inside is fairly small but the tables are large and can host groups up to six per table. They do have a giant menu filled with all sorts of options, some of them are pretty crazy, especially the influencer section of the menu. I started off with a cup of the chili and wasn't a huge fan of it. It tasted more like the Cincinnati chili and had a large amount of oil. For my entrée, I chose the cheesesteak and was hoping it was going to be like a traditional Philly style, but it wasn't quite. I liked it more than the chili but still made me wish that I ordered a tuna melt or something else. I would give it a try again on a future visit but would want to try it again before I recommend.

Today was the first time we've eaten here in years. We were seated immediately but we waited more than 40 minutes for the food to come. We watched people leave because they could not wait for their food any longer. At first, I thought a chef must have called out. When our food finally came, I was forced to look at the most unappealing home fries that were molded to the plastic container they were stored in. At least try to make them look fresh bru. And the whole restaurant was cold. I was cold. The food was cold. This place should be called COLD Street Diner, am I right? And the coffee refill came like once. In the whole hour and a half we were there. The only times someone would walk by was to clear a table, or that guy idk who he is idk if he's the owner but he was wearing balenciaga sweatpants and then he would just go stand by the register to sip on some wine. My mother ordered the huevos rancheros and they were bland asl. I ordered the birria omelette and it was BLAND EVERYTHING WAS BLAND!!! The birria was just wet it didn't taste like anything bro. We haven't been to the Norwalk location but a lady sitting next to us noticed that we weren't happy with our food and she was speculating that all the good cooks got transferred there. Whether it's the cooks to blame, or the fact that it's a busy Saturday, it's safe to say we will not be coming back.
