No matter how much we tried explaining that the IDs were legitimate, the staff wouldn't listen and were rude throughout the interaction. You should really train your staff better on looking at ID's. It genuinely felt like they didn't care about their customers or about finding a reasonable solution. We all left and took our business elsewhere. Super disappointing and none of us will be coming back here again.
