The staff was super friendly and had such positive attitudes making the experience enjoyable. There is a parking lot located to the side of the restaurant where you can easily park. However, I believe there is a two hour limit. If you plan to come for brunch on the weekends, make sure to reserve a table ahead of time because it fills up fast! There was a line out the door as I left. I ordered the southern breakfast with the grits and bacon from the menu, however, they offered plenty of brunch specials as well. The portions are plenty filling, offering generous servings that leave you satisfied without feeling like you need anything extra. I would love to come back and try some of their dinner options.

When ordering online, I selected the button for "half pepperoni" and I didn't realize that their system interprets that as no cheese on the other half unless you click an additional selector. To make sure the order was clear, I wrote in the notes "half pep / half cheese." They followed another note I included -- "dressing on the side" for my salad -- so I know the notes were read. But the pizza arrived with half pepperoni and the other half was just dough with barely any sauce and no cheese at all. I called expecting they would fix it, especially since we order from here constantly and this was clearly just a misunderstanding. Instead, the owner refused to send another pizza unless I paid for a whole new one, and he wouldn't come to the phone to speak with me. Even if the online selector caused the confusion, the note was printed right on the receipt -- they could have easily made it right. After years of supporting this place, I'm honestly really disappointed. A small mistake turned into a terrible customer service experience because of the refusal to fix it.

I brought my laptop and work a little bit there, looking at the Prospector Theater in the nicest day of last week, sunny outside, sunny in my tummy inside. :)

While we waited for them, the fajitas arrived and so we all ate at different times during our dinner out. We asked for additional chips but never got any. We were charged $6 for the cup of rice and beans, even though the menu clearly stated $3. Overall, this was a very disappointing meal. Too bad.
