Which I stated then why I have I got multiple emails stating it was an appointment that I needed to confirm. I confirmed it, she stated that the time for the appointment was not available, but I still received a second email as well as a text stating the appointment time and date. I then was told we will "work you in" since you had no appointment. I HAD an appointment. so, we walked out. I then received an email stating I had an appointment scheduled 30 minutes earlier. I called back to discuss this issue, but I was only met with rude, incompetent and unprofessional behavior. When I stated I would not be back she hung up on me. So, I called back. I asked to speak with someone else but was denied. Please safe your time and money. Do NOT go hear unless you want to be treated as a liar and rudely. I have never received such horrendously. ?

The doctor was great, but the rest of the staff seemed completely disorganized. After my eye exam, I was told to pick out a pair of glasses. I did, but no one helped me choose a frame or even measured me for the glasses. They simply said they would order them and call me in 7-10 days. They never called--I had to contact them myself to find out if they had arrived. When I finally picked them up, the frames were way too big and kept sliding down my nose. An employee tried to adjust them, but it didn't help. Instead of addressing the fit, they tried to sell me an upgrade to thinner lenses for around $175. I told them I didn't need thinner lenses--I needed glasses that actually fit. After speaking with management, they eventually agreed to let me exchange the frames. I went back, but there weren't many options available, so I had to return a few weeks later. When I finally found another pair, they tried to charge me over $100 for the exchange. The original frames were $130, and the new ones were $150, so the difference should have been only $20. After another discussion, they corrected the charge. Several weeks later, the replacement glasses arrived. I tried to pick them up on two different Saturdays, but no one was there either time. I eventually had to take time off work to pick them up. The new glasses fit perfectly, and before I left I specifically asked if I owed anything else. I was told, "No, you're all set." Then I received a bill for $25. When I questioned it--especially after all the problems I'd experienced and being told my balance was paid--they sent the account to collections. Seriously? Over $25? The doctor deserves credit for providing a good exam, but the customer service and overall experience were some of the worst I've ever had. My next call will be to my insurance company.

I just went to pick up contacts ($300 allowance) they billed the other insurance instead of how I asked them to when the contacts were ordered. Which was $150 allowance for contacts. Either the communication amongst staff is horrible and they do not relay information well, or they are just not very smart. I'm not sure which it is. But I have stopped going there myself and went to Premier eye care on Hatcher lane and they are fantastic! They actually know how to work with both insurance plans to get the most for your $$$. Zero out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

She has the most amazing analytical approach to making prescriptions, and explaining everything. Never had an eye exam like this in all my life. She was even able to have me try on the lenses she recommended using a modular glasses kit. These were for viewing computer monitors for work, so she had me test it out on her monitor. This is the most advanced setup I have ever seen. She spent triple the amount of time with me than any other eye doctor. Do not go anywhere else!

I had a procedure done and was given an estimate before coming into the office. We got there and…read morethe doctor wasn't on time, in fact I was just about ready to leave when she finally came in. I now wish I would've just left. She was rude and dismissive of what I was there for from the start but I wanted the procedure. We were told to meet her in the procedure room where she continued to be what I can only describe as rude, after giving two injections she proceeded to have a conversation with her assistant about two other patients and how vials of medication were wasted because their procedures didn't use the full vials but she couldn't save them either. I was then asked to pay at the front desk more than $300.00 over the initial estimate because she supposedly did the two spots I asked for to be taken care of, however first thing the next day we were able to take clear pictures showing only one spot was done. The office still hasn't filed the paperwork with my insurance company over a month later even after calling and Beth in Billing assured me it would be taken care of a week ago and done that day. This office isn't reliable at all and just might violate HIPPA rules I have reported them to the insurance company and it was recommended to me to file a complaint with the state licensing department

But, most of the office staff, especially the man that makes the lens (older guy with gray hair) were rude and unprofessional. They treated me as if I was bothering them simply because I came in and asked if my glasses were ready. He rudely told he tried to call me twice the day before but when I showed him that the call log from my phone had no missed calls from them, he became very dismissive, basically insinuating that I was somehow lying. When I asked him why he didn't bother to call me the next day, he just walked away from me. It was as if they did not want me for a customer. That's ok because I do not want them as my eye wear provider. I will go anywhere but there. I will never do business with them again.

They sell cheap glasses that easily break and cannot be repaired. It doesn't matter if you tell them the glasses are for a child, they need to be resilient, and of good quality, they will sell you junk. After you return for repairs, they are quick to tell you that parts aren't offered for that model and excited to offer a "25% discount" for a replacement. All of their classes can be purchased online for 30-50% less. There are plenty of other eye doctors, that offer good quality and repairable glasses in Spring Hill. Don't go here.
