Today I was told I had no appointment which I did. then when I called to discuss the issue, I kept being told its only tentative. Which I stated then why I have I got multiple emails stating it was an appointment that I needed to confirm. I confirmed it, she stated that the time for the appointment was not available, but I still received a second email as well as a text stating the appointment time and date. I then was told we will "work you in" since you had no appointment. I HAD an appointment. so, we walked out. I then received an email stating I had an appointment scheduled 30 minutes earlier. I called back to discuss this issue, but I was only met with rude, incompetent and unprofessional behavior. When I stated I would not be back she hung up on me. So, I called back. I asked to speak with someone else but was denied. Please safe your time and money. Do NOT go hear unless you want to be treated as a liar and rudely. I have never received such horrendously. ?

But, most of the office staff, especially the man that makes the lens (older guy with gray hair) were rude and unprofessional. They treated me as if I was bothering them simply because I came in and asked if my glasses were ready. He rudely told he tried to call me twice the day before but when I showed him that the call log from my phone had no missed calls from them, he became very dismissive, basically insinuating that I was somehow lying. When I asked him why he didn't bother to call me the next day, he just walked away from me. It was as if they did not want me for a customer. That's ok because I do not want them as my eye wear provider. I will go anywhere but there. I will never do business with them again.

I had informed them that his eyes were dilated recently and it was documented in records. They tried to do procedure against our will before we could stop them. We informed tech again that we did not want dilation, to assess records. She got rude and told us that we wasted our time, to consult google. We informed them that this was unacceptable and that we would be seeking treatment for our 4 year old son elsewhere to which the tech exclaimed, "Good luck with that". I wish I could remember the ladies name but she was an older and shorter woman with shorter red hair. She was rushing the procedure, forcing my 4 year old sons head into the medical device when he was apprehensive. Medical professionals should be compassionate at all times and above all explain and teach. Especially to children. Avoid this place if you want your medical professionals to act with compassion and care. Ones that do not treat the profession like the military, rough and regimented, dismissive of humanity.

He has been following the therapy plan and he is improving! I am so grateful for her personal attention and how she showed us how to correct the issues. He is reading so much better now. She has the most amazing analytical approach to making prescriptions, and explaining everything. Never had an eye exam like this in all my life. She was even able to have me try on the lenses she recommended using a modular glasses kit. These were for viewing computer monitors for work, so she had me test it out on her monitor. This is the most advanced setup I have ever seen. She spent triple the amount of time with me than any other eye doctor. Do not go anywhere else!
