When I asked him why he didn't bother to call me the next day, he just walked away from me. It was as if they did not want me for a customer. We informed them that this was unacceptable and that we would be seeking treatment for our 4 year old son elsewhere to which the tech exclaimed, "Good luck with that". I wish I could remember the ladies name but she was an older and shorter woman with shorter red hair. She was rushing the procedure, forcing my 4 year old sons head into the medical device when he was apprehensive. Medical professionals should be compassionate at all times and above all explain and teach. Especially to children. Avoid this place if you want your medical professionals to act with compassion and care. Ones that do not treat the profession like the military, rough and regimented, dismissive of humanity.

She has the most amazing analytical approach to making prescriptions, and explaining everything. Never had an eye exam like this in all my life. She was even able to have me try on the lenses she recommended using a modular glasses kit. These were for viewing computer monitors for work, so she had me test it out on her monitor. This is the most advanced setup I have ever seen. She spent triple the amount of time with me than any other eye doctor. Do not go anywhere else!

I had my consultation and heard the price breakdown, then visited other companies to make sure I was getting the best services. I came back to Wang Vision, and I'm still very happy with my choice. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the procedures and helped me feel secure in my decision. There was a student/trainee that attended my consultation with Karen, and I was glad to hear that they take so many students for training at this location. (The student did a great job, too!) Cameron made sure that I felt supported and explained my available options in a very accessible way. Dr. Jones and his assistant performed the surgery in a separate room, and the procedure itself was very fast (like 20 minutes under the laser). Admittedly I sat under the machine for a bit longer because they had to wait for my eyes to numb, so the entire consultation session (redone during day of surgery) and actual surgery took about 3 hours. Then, you go back the next day for a follow up to make sure everything looks ok. I have overall felt supported and informed in my decision to go with Wang Vision Institute. LASIK surgery is a big decision, and I'm very happy with my decision. Plus, they have a really cool lobby.
