Dr Lyon's office is tucked in a closet inside the Style Eyes storefront, but don't let the small office scare you away. This was one of the fastest, most thorough, and most reasonably priced medical encounters I've had in a while. Because there's not a line of patients in a waiting room, there's no need for a huge staff or a huge wait. I'll definitely go back for my yearly exam. Sitting in my car currently right now right after my appointment and I had to immediately write a review! My appointment was at 9 o'clock. He saw me 9 o'clock on the dot. Everyone knows that is foreign for doctors! I appreciate that he is considerate of your time. Meantime, he was not rushed at all. If you need an eye doctor, please go see Dr. Lyons! He was so detailed, personable and so helpful. He answered all of my questions in detail and he added so many informative things that I didn't know. I learned so much in my appointment. All our family went to Dr. Lyon when we were in TN. From kid, teenager, to adults, Doctor Lyon is patient and with details and care. My teenager, now at college got contact lens and no increase for many years. Our family has relocated to WA state and still miss Dr. Lynn's office and services. I recently had the opportunity to be a patient of Dr. Lyon. I have not been to see an eye doctor in about four or five years had old glasses and an equally old contact prescription that by some stroke of luck the online provider kept filling. I had somehow another scratched my eye and needed to be seen quickly and schedule an appointment with Dr. Lyon at the recommendation of my wife and daughter.....both of who go to see him and will not see anybody else. He got me in quickly spent a lot of time talking to me diagnosing my problem and actually recommended a new brand of contacts that are phenomenal. Doctor Lyons is a competent doctor, but his staff is less than stellar. Rude and condescending. Price for eye glasses was high, so I requested my script to compare prices. They would only give me my script if I made an appointment for an eye exam. They now lost a patient for good. read more

I have never written a review before but I am so grateful to Dr. Lyons and the staff at Styleyes...I thought I'd give it a shot. I have a rare disease of the retina that slowly causes blindness. Because of this, I have blind spots and my vision is distorted. Dr. Lyon is SO patient and thorough! I had not been able to see details for the past six years because of the blind spots and distortion. Dr. Lyon put me in multi-focal contacts with additional reading glasses on top. Sounds like no big deal until I tell you that I can see faces and expressions for the first time in six years! I'm so excited!!! I have been to so many doctors but none who take time and genuinely listen like Dr. Lyons. Today, I went back to pick up my glasses and sunglasses...another miracle! I can see color! I never appreciated good vision until I lost it. If you are looking for the best...look no further! I have been going to Dr Lyon for many years. He is THE BEST Optometrist I have ever seen. Dr Lyon cares! He is not in it for the money. He wants to help people see the best they can using glasses or contact lenses. He takes time that no other Dr would. He goes out of his way to find a solution, even though it takes up a lot of his time. He is a great Eye Doctor and a great friend. Jill is the Office Manager. She and Dr Lyon work as a team.
