This was one of the fastest, most thorough, and most reasonably priced medical encounters I've had in a while. Because there's not a line of patients in a waiting room, there's no need for a huge staff or a huge wait. I'll definitely go back for my yearly exam. I went to a retina specialist and they said I 100% don't have a hole in my retina. Then when I went back to Cool Springs Eye care and told them they legitimately laughed at me as if it was obvious the specialist was wrong (who they recommended to me). Since then I've gotten it checked by multiple other Doctors and confirmed that there is no hole in my retina. Then they got my prescription wrong by nearly a whole point! When I told them that something felt off they acted bothered and told me there is nothing that they can do. Dr. Robin Brady in particular has the unique quality of being both incredibly arrogant and simultaneously laughably wrong about what he's talking about. I've never been to a worse eye doctor before, someone should seriously take his license away. Please steer clear and go to another doctor in town.
