She took the time to make sure my vision needs were fully understood and addressed, and I never felt rushed during my appointments. It's clear that she takes great pride in providing exceptional care. Now, let's talk about my glasses situation. I currently require three pairs of glasses. Not because I'm bougie, but because apparently old-ladyhood has caught up with me and decided one pair just wasn't enough. Distance glasses, reading glasses, computer glasses... if they make glasses for finding my other glasses, I may be next in line. Thankfully, Tristan and the staff were amazing throughout the entire process. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure each pair was exactly what I needed. I did have to come back a few times for adjustments to my computer prescription, but every visit was met with patience, kindness, and a sincere desire to get it right. At no point was I made to feel like a nuisance. Instead, they continued working with me until everything was perfect. In a world where great customer service seems increasingly rare, this office stands out. Dr. Rudowski and her team truly care about their patients and are committed to making sure you leave seeing your best. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion made every interaction a positive experience. Thank you, Dr. Rudowski, Tristan, and the entire team for helping me navigate this "not-bougie-just-aging" chapter of life with clear vision and a lot of patience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding eye care and exceptional service. P.S. They gave my fur brat all the love too! Many thanks! Melanie Judd

I went to a retina specialist and they said I 100% don't have a hole in my retina. Then when I went back to Cool Springs Eye care and told them they legitimately laughed at me as if it was obvious the specialist was wrong (who they recommended to me). Since then I've gotten it checked by multiple other Doctors and confirmed that there is no hole in my retina. Then they got my prescription wrong by nearly a whole point! When I told them that something felt off they acted bothered and told me there is nothing that they can do. Dr. Robin Brady in particular has the unique quality of being both incredibly arrogant and simultaneously laughably wrong about what he's talking about. I've never been to a worse eye doctor before, someone should seriously take his license away. Please steer clear and go to another doctor in town.

Caring, very helpful and made my experience 12+ stars! I've only gone to your walk-in optometrists (Visionworks, etc.) and I've never felt like I do at Dr. Peace's. Other offices try to sale you their glasses and are quit pushy to say the least. Going to Dr. Peace was a COMPLETELY different experience. Dr. Peace taught me more about my prescription and eyes than any optometrist that I've seen in 33 years. He is honest and pleasant to around. The first exam was extremely quick and I was in and out in no time. Being as busy as we all can be, its hard to wait and be patient. :) We ordered a trial pair of contacts (first time attempting to wear them vs. glasses) and they came in very quick. They called and scheduled an appointment for me to come in an learn how to put them in, etc. etc. Again, Cecelia and Alyssa were AMAZING!!! Alyssa was very informative on the contact process and educated me so well on how to use them. No wait when I walked in, she had my contacts ready to rock and roll. Best experience yet and I can't wait till my next annual exam! Actually look forward to those things now.
