The place we took it first never even steamed the jacket or even tried to get the stain out even though they said they tried twice. I had another shirt that had dirt on it and they said they weren't able to get it cleaned either...this particular shirt I didn't care so much if it was ruined so I tried to get the dirt off myself. It came right off in the gentle wash I used. So I knew they truly hadn't done anything with the jacket and even tried to hide it from me when I first went to pick it up. We went here as a last ditch effort to salvage the jacket and they were able to not only get the stain out (from June!) but they steamed the jacket and were able to keep the integrity of the fabric. Absolutely will only ever come here moving forward. The staff were so nice and understanding. I couldn't have asked for more compassionate and caring people to work on such a delicate item and circumstance.

Unfortunately, I was not able to pick them up until a few days later, which the rep said would not be a problem. It was the same rep when I picked them up today. She seemed under the weather but was courteous and wore a mask and avoided in engaging in small talk as before, but this did not come off as rude, instead, to prevent unnecessarily spreading germs. Although the pricing was still more than I would pay outside of Stone Oak, it was still less than the last place I used and just as convenient. Based on my first experience, I would recommend them.
