We decided to stay longer in San Antonio for our little Christmas getaway, but we didn't have any…read moreclothes left. I called them in the early afternoon, brought my clothes in and they had it for me that evening delivered to my hotel! They were amazing. They did a great job. My clothes was clean and folded neatly. I had to take my husband's wedding suit in for a flower stain removal (he was devastated that the…read moresuit was stained since it was his first expensive piece of clothing and had a lot of sentimental meaning for him). The place we took it first never even steamed the jacket or even tried to get the stain out even though they said they tried twice. I had another shirt that had dirt on it and they said they weren't able to get it cleaned either...this particular shirt I didn't care so much if it was ruined so I tried to get the dirt off myself. It came right off in the gentle wash I used. So I knew they truly hadn't done anything with the jacket and even tried to hide it from me when I first went to pick it up. We went here as a last ditch effort to salvage the jacket and they were able to not only get the stain out (from June!) but they steamed the jacket and were able to keep the integrity of the fabric. Absolutely will only ever come here moving forward. The staff were so nice and understanding. I couldn't have asked for more compassionate and caring people to work on such a delicate item and circumstance.
