Dropped off on a Thursday. Was ready on Friday. Went to pick up and when they scanned my ticket, the computer froze. After a while, I decided to come back for them the next day. I showed up the next day and when they scannned the ticket, it looked like it was still frozen on the same computer. They asked me if I had cash and I did not after about 20 minutes, I asked if there's anything else that could be done because I didn't want to have to leave and come back again. They eventually scanned my ticket a different way. I don't understand why they didn't do so in the first place so I didn't have to go out of my way the next day The staff members were very apologetic and very friendly. My pants came out just as I expected. Parking is available on site and some are designated for the business, but the majority is shared with the other businesses.

2nd review in the laundromat series. It's been a while since we've had to go to a laundromat, but…read morewe were washing blankets and quilts, and it's easier in a laundry place. This was our first visit at SpinXpress Laundry and I'm not sure there will be a second visit. The biggest issue was the amount of wash machines and dryers that were out of order or just plain broken. Not sure if this was an off day, but there shouldn't that many machines out of commission. It also didn't have many larger machines. The two I saw had laundry sitting there without someone manning the machine. The prices were slightly cheaper compared to the one we currently use, and they have more sitting space. But it wasn't very clean and some of the machines were smelly. Also, to add insult to injury, some of the seating area couches and seats were terribly worn and in need of repair.
