We were not even one year out from a facade remodel that included treatment for termites when we discovered frass scattered about the floor - a sure sign of a termite infestation. We also found a couple of live critters crawling around the floor, ewww! After researching our options and meeting with a few service providers, we decided to go with Priceless Termite Control's solution because it seemed to be the least disruptive and most targeted of our choices (we had also considered heat treatment and fogging). PTC's proposed solution was also reasonably priced. On the day of treatment, Terrence came to drill-and-kill those pesky termites and their hideouts. He was efficient, thorough in his explanation of the work performed and conscientious in his clean-up of the work area. Terrence is also a very pleasant and polite person, which I appreciated. Because he was not able to locate the source of the termites, he told us that he would return if we saw evidence that the treatment had not completely rid the house of termites. Fast forward a few months, we are raising the blinds to enjoy the sun and what do we see on the window sill but more frass! Oh, these little bastards are relentless... true to his guarantee, Terrence promptly returns to verify the invasion and re-treat the problem area. He stands by his work. That kind of service is worth 5 stars! read more

We are so thankful for Terrence. He took care of our termite issue fast and professionally. He took care to leave the affected area looking great by using the tiniest of holes to inject the poison, and then doing a nice little patch job to cover up the tiny holes. He was also super flexible with our crazy schedule and managed to fit us in within a couple of days of our initial call. Highly recommended! read more

Highly recommend! Terrence was communicative, professional, and really friendly. When our contractor found evidence of substantial pest damage while replacing our deck (nobody's idea of a good time), we gave Priceless Termite Control a call. Despite the short notice, Terrence was able to come out the next day to treat the affected bits of our house. His flexibility in working us into his schedule really helped keep our project's delays to a minimum. But wait there's more! Terrence also offered to come back out to spray a second time - at no additional cost - because he wasn't able to fully treat the area to his satisfaction until our contractor pulled some of our siding down. Overall, our experience working with Terrence was great. And while we hope not to need his services in the foreseeable future, we will absolutely call him first if we have more pest woes. read more

After receiving visits from beetles, termites, and fungi, I looked for someone to protect my house with Boracare. Terrence is fantastic. He's knowledgeable, friendly, good at answering questions. He expertly sprayed my house, even sanding paint off a beetle-infested joist for Boracare to work. Excellent service! read more

I'm so glad I went with Priceless Termite Control! Terrence was easy to communicate with, professional, and thorough. We needed an inspection done quickly, called on a Monday, and Terrence was able to do the inspection the very next day and send the report only hours later. Thanks Terrence! read more

Terrence was very thorough and promptly came out to address our issue. We were happy with his service, ease of payment, and follow-up. Would recommend! read more

It's been six weeks since Terrance came and sprayed pesticide to get rid of the subterranean termites. True to his word, it took a couple weeks for the signs of termite activity to disappear because they have to carry the pesticide back to the colony. Now, our house is free of termite activity. Terrance did the inspection, described what he would do, and quoted me the best price of three companies. It was half the cost of one of them. He came and did all the work himself. He was efficient, worked hard, and even dealt with pulling up some weeds to get access to the side of the house. To sum it up, he's professional, honest, and competent. read more

When we moved a rug in a little used room, we discovered one of the floorboards had turned partially hollow. Terrence responded to our call quickly, fit us in a couple of days later, turned up on time and promptly let us know that: (1) Yes, we had drywood termites (2) Given how close we were to neighbouring properties, tenting wasn't an option (3) He could fit us in in two working days for local treatment, and could also fit in an appointment with our upstairs neighbours to check their place out as well He showed up promptly to do the work, looked at a couple of other areas we had some concerns about and gave us the all clear, and then set to work. Under an hour later he was done, and told us to call him back in 6 months to check on the state of things. Terrence communicated clearly throughout, was open about pricing and our options and did an excellent job. While I'm obviously hoping we won't need his services again, I wouldn't hesitate to do so. read more

Best way to reach Terrence is here. I got an immediate response.

This is the first time we've had to deal with termites. I contacted Terrence and he was able to come out and inspect our crawl space. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He was transparent from the beginning and is following up with another visit since our crawl space was quite damp. Appreciate the thoroughness and his quote was fair compared to other places. Would highly recommend Terrence! read more

Terrence is amazing. He came out for a free inspection after we purchased our property. He did a very detailed, professional walkthrough and made sure we understood exactly where the problematic areas are and why he gave his assessment. Subterranean termites are difficult to treat so he recommended injecting pesticide into the foundation and came back the next week as scheduled to perform the work. His service was excellent and also guarantees a free follow up next year & of course free re treatment should you notice any termite activity coming back. Can't recommend him enough! read more

I am so glad I called Terrence/Priceless Termite Control. When I moved into a new house about 6 months ago, the disclosure documents noted wood-dirt contact in the crawl space under the house, making that area vulnerable to termites. However, with that disclosure came what I considered to be a ridiculously exorbitant cost estimate for the work. So, I wound up procrastinating for months, then decided to call Terrence. Although he charged an initial inspection fee (which was quite reasonable), this was ultimately credited to the work that he performed; overall, I felt this was a better way to go than to call any of the companies that offered so-called "free" inspections, but then try to upsell you work you don't need, or try to sell you some kind of subscription service, which I did not want. Terrence did none of those things. He is a straight-ahead guy, and I felt that the costs of using him were quite fair (and nowhere near the ridiculous estimate which came with the disclosures). Terrence was also easy to work with, and explained the treatment thoroughly (even showing me a video he took on his cell phone of the termites he found moving along one of the posts under the house). He arrived on time, both on the day of the initial inspection as well as the date he performed the work. I also appreciate the 3-year warranty, and the fact that he cares about his work to the point that he asked me to call him 6 months later to view the effects of his treatment. I cannot recommend him highly enough, he will be my go-to guy for any such issues that might arise in the future. read more

Terrence was wonderful to work with! Responded quickly -- was able to inspect our property right away and did not feel like he was trying to upsell services. Communicative throughout and answered all of my questions with patience. I will definitely be going to him again in the future! read more

Priceless Termite Control recently completed a treatment in my San Francisco home, and I am 120% happy with the entire experience. I got one other estimate from a larger local company and it was more than 3 times the rate -- and they gave me incorrect information about the source of the problem, the type of termite infestation involved, and the treatment needed. Terence took a look, explained the situation clearly and gave me his rate. He is completely professional, highly experienced and responsive. He takes a quiet pride in his work, and his rates are excellent. Of course, the termites are gone! I contacted him for an estimate based on his Yelp reviews, which is why I'm writing a review now. I highly recommend Terence and Priceless Termite Control. read more

Terrence was great. I found some sawdust like powder in a couple of 2x4s in our basement. I called and spoke to him, he gave me a good idea what the likely problem was with powder post beetles. We set up an appointment for a free inspection which he completed. Then set up a time for him to come in and spray the appropriate solution to take care of the problem. Contacted Priceless Termite Control to get a second opinion and quote for some wood boring beetles in our new home.
