Ugh. This is probably some of the worst customer service I've ever received. It's a given that you buy a pretzel when going to the mall. It's just part of the shopping experience, right? I love pretzels but I won't be going back to this location. The service is TERRIBlE. I have been to this location probably 3-4 times in the last 9 months and it is always bad. This last weekend was the worst because not only did I get terrible service but the pretzel was awful. Burnt and dry and barely any butter or salt. We ended up throwing it away. I was so mad. I'm still bad I spent money on that discussing thing. The manager or shift leader, Leeann is so incredibly rude. She treats the customers like crap. She acts like she couldn't be more bothered by the fact that you are buying a pretzel. I was getting napkins when a young girl, probably 12, stepped to the counter after me and asked if she could get a cup of water. She had a receipt showing she had purchased a pretzel earlier and just needed a cup of water. Leeann told her "there's a fountain around the corner." I watched the interaction as the girl tried to explain that she had just bought a pretzel and just needed a drink of water. Leeann was seriously so rude to her. I felt bad for the girl. Leeann finally gave her a cup but not until after she was a total jerk. This entire store needs an overhaul. Get rid of the rude employees and make the pretzels right. I won't be back to visit because the service sucks and the pretzels aren't far behind that. read more

I ordered pretzel bites and the ones they gave me were HUGE and I probably only had about 5 in the cup when I asked for a regular. Not only was that annoying, but the nacho cheese was OLD. Like, I couldn't even dip my pretzels in it because it was so thick and it smelt terrible. I don't recommend this place. Especially if they're serving expired product. Lea Ann treated us terribly when we came to get a big box of pretzel bites. She acted so put out because she was going to have to make more for the people behind me in line. She told me the total, and we said we wanted to add drinks to that. And she treated us so rude and said we should've ordered drinks before. It's easier for me. Decent enough service. My friend and I stopped in for a quick snack and decided we would go with pretzels. I handed the employee my app to scan so I would receive points and they informed me it wasn't the right app. I backed out to show them the main screen and they were confused because it was the same one advertised on their plaque. They didn't know how to scan or enter my points so it took them a minute of messing around with the register to figure it out which I didn't mind because we weren't in a hurry, but you could tell they definitely needed a bit more training in that aspect. We got our pretzels and sauces and they were hot and tasted okay. Both were salted, but the size on them was not the same as we normally get. Uncertain if the sizes have changed all around or if it was just this location and employees who made it. It wasn't a huge deal, just were used to things being done a little differently. I visited this particular location (in the food court area) around 4pm in the afternoon on a weekday. It wasn't crowded, which I loved considering it's the mall. We orders Large bites and bacon/cheese bites. There were two workers at the time, we were told it will take 8 minutes to cook our bacon/cheese bites, which we were fine with, it gave us time to order a drink for the another shop. Our pretzel bites were nice and hot, very good. The only negative thing is the service took too long. We didn't get our bites until after 30 minutes vs the 8 minutes we were told it would take to make. read more

These pretzels are the best. My kids always order the bites with cheddar cheese sauce. Those cannot be beat, I love them too. This location always seems to be prepared because they always have enough on hand and the food is always fresh. We love stopping in here for a snack to eat. It is kind of expensive but the taste is addicting. read more

The pretzels are great. The staff was downright hostile. I have been in customer service my whole life, both in food service, the retail industry (currently) and as as a graphic designer, (where people are particularly picky) and because of that, my approach to service workers is always nice, I'll joke with them if it's crazy busy just to lighten their day or at least give them a good experience with me, because, as a retail worker, I completely understand how stressful it can be, especially at this time of year, when customers can be unnecessarily rude and confrontational and for some reason, take it out on people who are just trying to help them. I GET it. But the girls who were working at this store tonight, (12/18 at about 7pm) were just awful. No smiles, no personality, no engagement, and it felt like I was being a burden to them for just existing. They basically shoved my food at me, and one of the two girls working up front had a name badge that said " Shift Manager." The other girl who was at the register, it seemed like her face would crack if she even dared to show any sort of friendliness. It was honestly jarring. They both left me feeling extremely uncomfortable, and it was such a difference, because I work at a department store who is just so friendly to everyone (including our fellow employees) so to enter that hostile environment was just really off-putting and pretty shocking. I know a lot of skeptical people will see a review like this and assume I was being a brat and they had good reason to treat me that way, I am a Bitchy Waiter fan and also Entitlement is Still a Disease. I try to NEVER be a pain to any service worker. I always try to be as friendly as I can. But these girls weren't having it. I don't know what their problem was (it's not like they were busy at the time) but I hope their manager will see this and address it. No customer should feel like they're a burden to the staff at any place of business if they're being nice. (If they're acting like jerks, that's another story.) read more

This experience was something similar to getting soup in New York from the soup Nazi. The man working the cash register is either having a really bad day or just plain hates people. I ordered a half order of mozzarella pretzels and a half order of mini dogs and the man told me they didn't sell cheese. I pointed up at his board and said why is it on your board, and he said hey, we don't sell cheese. Not friendly, not nice, probably hates his job. Everyone that was in line kept looking at each other like I can't believe this guy is treating people this way. At any rate, the food was OK, but the customer service is nonexistent. If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. The two trolls at the counter treated my boys like garbage. They flat out ignored them for at least 10 minutes. When they walked up to the counter one of them acted like they were invisible and went to the back. They wouldn't take their order at 10:58 because they didn't open until 11, (which they never bothered to communicate) even though the website says 10:30. My boys walked up to the counter several times before that and even politely asked if they could order and the ignorant women would not even acknowledge them. I went in to see what was going on and the lady wouldn't acknowledge me either. I just repeated myself louder and commented on the time and the broad with the neck tattoo told me it wasn't their fault or their problem that the website has the wrong hours. Well that's great but I'm pretty sure it's not ours either! She easily could've communicated the time difference to my boys instead of acting like an ignorant psychopath. They need a new gig. Their customer service is garbage. The real kicker is one of them is the damn manager!!! They look and act like they are fresh out of prison. I worked there as a teen and I told them if I treated anyone like that I would've been fired in a hot second. The extra mouthy one told me that we don't need to come back (like I would LOL) and that the older gal has been a manager there for 20 years! They are Pretzelmaker lifers with horrible customer service. Not sure how that particular location is still in business.
