Did not fill the cup up all the way for me or my friend. Cost is high, be prepared for something labeled 5.99 to go to about 7.30.

Large girl was very rude and high. Don't recommend if she treats customers like this I can't imagine it's very clean back there

The Twisted Pretzel - Actually really big!

The Twisted Pretzel

You think you'll be able to go in and grab a pretzel pretty fast and easy. The truth is it takes so…read morelong to order and even longer to get it. And it's not worth the wait. I feel bad for them because it's obviously family owned and they're trying. Hoping they can improve their service, speed and taste. They could literally get pretzels from Sam's Club and reheat them and they'd be better. The pretzel bites are small. Some were overcooked, some were raw. They've only been open for a month or so. Maybe it'll get better but it really made me miss Auntie Anne's...

I was excited when I saw a new place in town. We finally decided to try it last week at work. We…read moreplaced our order online which was nice and convenient. The site was easy to use and the pretzels where ready when we got there to pick them up. The lady who gave us the pretzels wasn't super friendly. She wasn't rude or anything but basically just handed us the bag as soon as we walked in and didn't say much. I would have liked some friendly conversation. We ordered four pretzels and an order of pretzel dogs. We were surprised that the pretzels are not actually pretzel shaped. They are long and straight. They are big, though! One is enough for two people to share for sure! They were good but almost seemed a little doughy and didn't have that soft pretzel taste. I wish that my salted pretzel had a little more salt but it was good and we would visit again. I want to go back and try the soup someday. The price is great for the size of pretzel you get. I hope they can stick around. We'll try again for sure.

Ugh. This is probably some of the worst customer service I've ever received…read more It's a given that you buy a pretzel when going to the mall. It's just part of the shopping experience, right? I love pretzels but I won't be going back to this location. The service is TERRIBlE. I have been to this location probably 3-4 times in the last 9 months and it is always bad. This last weekend was the worst because not only did I get terrible service but the pretzel was awful. Burnt and dry and barely any butter or salt. We ended up throwing it away. I was so mad. I'm still bad I spent money on that discussing thing. The manager or shift leader, Leeann is so incredibly rude. She treats the customers like crap. She acts like she couldn't be more bothered by the fact that you are buying a pretzel. I was getting napkins when a young girl, probably 12, stepped to the counter after me and asked if she could get a cup of water. She had a receipt showing she had purchased a pretzel earlier and just needed a cup of water. Leeann told her "there's a fountain around the corner." I watched the interaction as the girl tried to explain that she had just bought a pretzel and just needed a drink of water. Leeann was seriously so rude to her. I felt bad for the girl. Leeann finally gave her a cup but not until after she was a total jerk. This entire store needs an overhaul. Get rid of the rude employees and make the pretzels right. I won't be back to visit because the service sucks and the pretzels aren't far behind that.

I ordered pretzel bites and the ones they gave me were HUGE and I probably only had about 5 in the…read morecup when I asked for a regular. Not only was that annoying, but the nacho cheese was OLD. Like, I couldn't even dip my pretzels in it because it was so thick and it smelt terrible. I don't recommend this place. Especially if they're serving expired product. Hopefully I don't get sick from trying the cheese

This is a fun, and loud place, and the place has character! We got toasted ravioli in red pepper…read moresauce (which was basically the red pepper bisque). Delicious! I could easily eat the bisque alone. We ago got the garlic cheese curds, and the Mac n cheese which was phenomenal! Last time we came, the weekly appetizer was spinach artichoke dip, that was so good, I got a second serving as "dessert" (another day). Their regular menu is great, but I also love the rotation, to add a little more variety. It was very busy, and we mentioned we were trying to make a show later, and they took care of us, and we made it on time.

We popped in on our way back to Park City from the Golden Spike National Park. Called 10 minutes…read moreahead because we were a party of 7, and they were able to immediately seat us. Our server was super friendly. The food came out fast, fresh, and was all pretty good. Highlight apps were the pretzel bites with the beer cheese (there was waaayyyy too much cheese dip - a soup bowl full), the roasted brussels sprouts, and a Caesar salad. Around eh table, folks had the fried chicken, the Philly cheese steak, the salmon special, and some burgers. Everything was cooked nicely and served hot and fast. They have cool swag too! Free parking across the street in the parking garage. And it was a relief to find a brew pub where we could also have our 17 year old nephew join for a meal. Still getting used to the 21+ thing in Utah.
