Entire pedicure was very quick and for $39 I wouldn't recommend. Meanwhile my friend's dip removal was left on way too long, and she said her nails started falling apart. Then I was moved to the regular station for my manicure, and the woman was INCREDIBLY slow and drilled way too long and too hard, right on my cuticles. I actually turned to my friend and said "this hurts." After she was done with the basics, the other woman working stepped in to a) fix what she had done and then b) did my design (one nail per hand). We were there for almost THREE hours, but their pricing is the biggest kicker -- nowhere on their website do they have the price of dip removal listed if you're getting a manicure with it. Their website says "Dip removal w/o manicure $20" (which is the highest I've ever seen, I've been to ~10 salons in the area and have never been charged more than $10). We were shocked when we went to check out. My friend's total for just her hands was $77 before tip -- $14 for dip removal (for 4 full nails, and a few that were very chipped), $10 for a design (one nail per hand) and $53 for a dip manicure. My total was $106 before tip -- $39 for a quick pedicure, $14 for dip removal on four nails and a design on one nail per hand, $53 for a dip manicure. This was the most ripped off we've felt in a long while and we're monthly dip manicure girls. Edit: 8 days after the dip manicure and a finger already chipped.

As soon as I walked in, they offered me a complimentary fancy drink and a small treat, which was such a nice touch. They also have iPads available during the service, so I ended up watching Emily in Paris while getting my nails done. What impressed me the most was their cleanliness. After each customer, they thoroughly cleaned everything with Clorox wipes, including the desk, chairs, and surrounding area. As a first-time customer, they also gave me 10% off plus a cute little gift bag with cuticle oil, hand cream, and nail care instructions. The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I expected a little more attention to detail for a professional service at this level. A couple of nails had small imperfections. I wish I would've taken a picture of my nails, but just imagine very cookie cutter square nails, not filed well, and the polish was so bumpy like oatmeal. I was so disappointed. I actually went home and removed them as soon as possible. When I asked the front to look at my nails, they told me they were bumpy because of the design. I have been getting my nails done since I was 16 and I never had a nail tech create such a thick and bumpy build up of polish due to a design. I loved the customer service and free first time customer gift. But I will not be coming back.

They use disposable nail files and single-use buffers for every client, and their nail clippers, nippers, and cuticle pushers are sterilized after each use. Mia who did my nails, found something close but after a few layers she wasn't completely happy with it (I was actually OK with it.) She found another sheer shade to layer on top to get the perfect shade. I'm very pleased with my custom color! Overall, a fantastic experience. Maybe my best ever experience at a nail salon.
