This place has a vibe that is unmatched! You walk in and you just love being a girl. The lash artists are so wonderful and really listen to clients to give them lashes that are as one of kind and as unique as each person. The owner is so kind, bubbly, and down to earth. I have seen her lash, handle reception, stock, and even help with renovations. She truly goes above and beyond for all clients, offering refreshments, always having a fully stocked snack cart, playing great music, and asking each and every client how their experience was, and wanting to solve issues to make sure clients leave feeling beautiful!! I personally got a set done by her, and she really paid attention to my eye shape and let me know what she thought would look on me while also taking into consideration my preference on lash length, she even stopped in the middle of the service so I could use the rest room and was so sweet about it, and resumed. Clean and cute salon. Informative on lashes and Lash care. Friendly/funny artists. Smells amazing inside. Hot cocoa bar! The receptionist isn't too shabby on the eyes either, haha, not everyday do you walk into a salon and get greeted by a male model TAYLER is a GOD. Jordann is nothing shy of amazing. She is gentle, caring, and goes above and beyond for her clients! Every fill I looked forward to as she became one of my new best friends. She listened to everything I had to say (and it had nothing to do with my lashes!) I have had lashes done by three different people, and so far Jordann's work lasted the longest. I had an amazing experience at this salon!! I went to Marisa for a mega volume eyelash extension, I really enjoyed her presence she's so sweet and welcoming and very flexible. I also found the experience to be very peaceful and relaxing and clean. And altogether wonderful I love the look of my eyelashes she knew exactly what I wanted and help me figure out what would look best for my eyes!! I just got my lashes done by Sandi and all I can say is nothing but great things!!! I literally left in such a great mood (no joke)! I LOVE MARISA! she's honestly the best and has always been so flexible with me, not to mention she always knows exactly what i want. She somehow knows if and when i want to go longer because she always happens to ask when i'm thinking it - she's psychic i'm convinced. Sandra = god send. She can do a full set in about an hour (and does an incredible job) AND they stay on for way longer than anywhere else I've ever gone in the past! One tip is to try not to get your lashes wet (or sweaty, jf possible with the AZ heat) for 24-48 hrs post appointment - this helps with the lash glue adherence and thus, lashes stay on longer. Okay now stop reading this and book the damn appointment with Sandra STAT. Seriously. She's a straight up god send! read more

This was my first time getting my lashes done so I was really nervous I wouldn't like them... but Anna was super attentive to detail, she let me look at all her lash styles and choose what I'd like, while also telling me her expert opinion on eye shapes and length. I got a full set of beautiful hybrid lashes by Sara. She was great. The establishment was very clean and had a comfy chair. I was so relaxed, I am sure I fell asleep a few times. Pretty Little Winks is the cutest spot to get your lashes done! It's also in a super cute area with other shops. It smells so good walking in and I instantly feel relaxed and welcome.
