If you're looking for a lash technician who is skilled, professional, and truly cares about their clients' needs, look no further than Marisa. I had the pleasure of working with Marisa for my first-ever lash extension appointment, and I can honestly say that I am blown away by the results. Marisa is not only an expert in their craft, but also incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, and then went above and beyond to create the perfect look for me. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process, which speaks volumes to Marisa's professionalism and expertise. The quality of Marisa's work is truly impressive. My lashes look full and voluminous, yet natural at the same time. I've received so many compliments since getting them done, and I owe it all to Marisa. They truly have a gift when it comes to lash extensions. Overall, I cannot recommend Marisa enough. If you're looking for a lash technician who is not only talented but also cares about their clients' satisfaction, book an appointment with Marisa! You won't regret it! read more

This place has a vibe that is unmatched! You walk in and you just love being a girl. The lash artists are so wonderful and really listen to clients to give them lashes that are as one of kind and as unique as each person. The owner is so kind, bubbly, and down to earth. I have seen her lash, handle reception, stock, and even help with renovations. She truly goes above and beyond for all clients, offering refreshments, always having a fully stocked snack cart, playing great music, and asking each and every client how their experience was, and wanting to solve issues to make sure clients leave feeling beautiful!! I personally got a set done by her, and she really paid attention to my eye shape and let me know what she thought would look on me while also taking into consideration my preference on lash length, she even stopped in the middle of the service so I could use the rest room and was so sweet about it, and resumed. I love this place and would never go anywhere else. Thanks Tayler for my beautiful lashes! read more

Clean and cute salon. Informative on lashes and Lash care. Friendly/funny artists. Smells amazing inside. Hot cocoa bar! The receptionist isn't too shabby on the eyes either, haha, not everyday do you walk into a salon and get greeted by a male model TAYLER is a GOD. She literally has my lashes looking so full, so dark, so beautiful! I can't go anywhere with out at least one person complimenting my lashes! Tayler and Dillon are AMAZING! Sandra is also amazing! I used to go to a BIG NAMED salon rhymes with "classy" But is far from that (hmm) and their lashes never looked like these, ever! I'm so obsessed with PRETTY LITTLE WINKS AZ! read more

Im lucky enough to say this place has been my home for over a year now, during that time I've met the most amazing clients and co workers I could have ever asked for, in an environment that has let me grow and become the best lash artist I can be. None of that would've been possible without the owners Taylor and Dillon. They have given me opportunities I am beyond grateful for and really do show up for all the girls that work here AND the clients. They go above and beyond to make this salon a warm and inviting place, I've never worked under such great leadership and I encourage all to make this place their lash home! :) read more

Jordann is nothing shy of amazing. She is gentle, caring, and goes above and beyond for her clients! Every fill I looked forward to as she became one of my new best friends. She listened to everything I had to say (and it had nothing to do with my lashes!) I have had lashes done by three different people, and so far Jordann's work lasted the longest. If you are in the Phoenix area (doesn't matter where) she is worth it! P.S. If your lash artists license plate on their car says "lashbae", they are doing it right! read more

I had such a great experience at Pretty Little Winks. The environment is so nice and comfortable, everyone that was working were so sweet to me. Taylor the owner is such a sweetheart and I can tell she loves what she does and cares for her customers. I went in for a lash lift and brow lamination. I had Alexis and she did such an amazing job. My eyebrows before were looking crazy and she snatched them up right. My lashes look STUNNING she definitely gave me suck a confidence boost. I will definitely be back. read more

I LOVE MARISA! she's honestly the best and has always been so flexible with me, not to mention she always knows exactly what i want. She somehow knows if and when i want to go longer because she always happens to ask when i'm thinking it - she's psychic i'm convinced. She constantly without fail does a perfect mixed set and is so gentle. She's also so good about reminding me to schedule when i forget. The studio is also so cute and the vibes inside are the best. Love love love! read more

Sandra = god send. She can do a full set in about an hour (and does an incredible job) AND they stay on for way longer than anywhere else I've ever gone in the past! One tip is to try not to get your lashes wet (or sweaty, jf possible with the AZ heat) for 24-48 hrs post appointment - this helps with the lash glue adherence and thus, lashes stay on longer. Okay now stop reading this and book the damn appointment with Sandra STAT. Seriously. She's a straight up god send! read more

This place is AMAZING!! I called to set up a surprise appointment for my girlfriend and spoke to Tayler the owner i believe. I didn't really know anything about lash extensions but she took the time to educate me on every service she offers in her salon! They also have a promotion for $20 off for NEW CLIENTS which helped my wallet! I'm referring my mom to this place because of the hospitality/patiences they had with me over the phone I can't IMAGINE in person!! read more

Marisa is Amazing! I have had my lashes done by a few different Lash Techs and Marisa not only does an amazing job with my lashes but she also educates about them and how to take care of them for the best retention. I have referred both of my sisters who live here to he as well and they both now get lashed by Marisa. I strongly suggest that if you are looking for a new lash tech to give Pretty Little Winks a try, i guarantee you will not be disappointed! read more

I have hopped around for years trying to find someone who "gets me" and can not only create the style I feel comfortable with - but also "takes care" of my lashes so they aren't sparse and unhealthy. And then I met Sandra at Pretty Little Winks! She is very sweet, personable, and an expert at what she does. She truly is a "lash artist" who demonstrates attention to detail and pride in her work. I have recommended her to a few of my friends too! read more

I have tried many lash tech places, but I never want to leave PLW. Everyone is so sweet and they each make you feel beautiful. Have to give a special shout out to my regular lash tech Jessica Parra, she is always so kind and gives me the most amazing lashes that still look great when I go in for my two-week fill. Have been going here for nearly a year and I couldn't rave enough about my experiences there so far. Thank you Jessica and PLW! read more

I've been going here for a while now, and i can tell you i will NOT go to any other salon again. The salon is super clean and put together. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. The eyelash technicians know EXACTLY what they are doing. Anytime i have a question about my lashes they know how to answer the question. Anna was my lash tech. This was my first time getting my lashes done so I was really nervous I wouldn't like them... but Anna was super attentive to detail, she let me look at all her lash styles and choose what I'd like, while also telling me her expert opinion on eye shapes and length. Very insightful and helpful. Overall I had such a positive experience, loved my lashes and got tons of compliments on them! read more
