I got a Gel X mani and pedi with cat eye design and left feeling like a brand new woman. Elaine was friendly, patient and super detailed (which I love because I am very type A and don't play about my nails lol). She really took her time shaping and prepping. The almond was shaped to perfection and natural looking, which is exactly what I wanted, and the gel polish lasted me 4 weeks and did not chip at all. I've gotten so many compliments (even after 4 weeks of grow out). The pedicure was so relaxing too - she got rid of all the crust off my feet. If you're picky about your nails like me, Elaine is where it is at. I highly recommend her!

During my visit, the technician doing my nails was extremely rough with my hands, constantly yanking and pulling them around while working. It made the appointment uncomfortable instead of relaxing, which is the whole point of going to a nail salon. The one positive was the pedicure -- the technician who did that did a great job and the massage portion was excellent. Not long after my appointment, two of my nails broke. When I returned to have them fixed, I was told that because it had been more than seven days since my visit, they would charge $10 to repair them. When nails break that quickly after being done, I would expect a salon to stand behind their work rather than immediately charge the customer again. There are a lot of nail salons in the Frisco area, and unfortunately this one did not deliver the level of service you would expect for the prices they charge. The space is nice, but the customer service and value simply aren't there.

I admit I've started doing the gel with them and I love how long it lasts on my nails. Even better, a few times I've done something dumb and chipped a nail just a couple of days after a manicure and they're always happy to fix it for me! The staff is so nice to me and my daughter, they're spacious, there's TVs and most of the chairs offer wireless charging for your phones. They've added a "head spa" in the back, and I think they do waxing too, so it's honestly a one stop shop for excellent work! Love them!

That's understandable, but those colors shouldn't be advertised if they can't be provided. When I politely pointed out the difference and asked if I could choose another color, the employee simply got up and walked away without saying a word. Another worker came over, leaving me feeling confused and extremely uncomfortable. This is a customer service business, and customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for asking a reasonable question. On top of that, the salon did not appear clean, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing a positive experience. The overall atmosphere was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I ultimately decided not to finish my service snd not get my fingernails done and left. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this salon to others.
