This was my 2nd time here and decided to bring my almost 5 year old daughter with me for her first mani/pedi and she loved it! He was so patient and gentle with her and did such a great job. I have also loved my gel mani & pedi both times. Everyone is super friendly and their work is amazing!

I made an appointment for 10am for a signature pedicure and powder dip nails and I was out of there by 1033. They were fantastic, efficient (doing hands and feet at same time), nice, clean, and many colors to choose from. I was very impressed with the service and then to top it off I was able put tip on credit card (I have never had that before.) I will definitely be going back and this will be MY nail place for sure!!! I am not sure if they are changing name or not but it is labeled HT nail salon on the storefront and menu.

I visited this salon a couple months ago and had a good experience. They've since changed the name to HT nails. I went today for another pedi and while I think the price is reasonable for what you get, I don't think the nail tech I had was good. I was nicked by the cuticle cutters and he was very aggressive. Everything he did was painful. Final polish was very sloppy. He left me to dry and never came back. So after 10 min I put on my own shoes and went to the register. I don't know if this is because the change in name or I just got a bad tech. I haven't decided if I will try them again. Will update if I do! read more

Worst manicure I've had in 10 years. I gave them a chance because my regular salon was booked. They left my nails soaking in acetone for 40 mins. Their products are cheap and leave your nails uneven in color. They are rough with your cuticles. My hands hurt and my nails look horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Drove 2 hours to spend the day with my mom to get our nails done. Asked for mani&pedi. Both pedis were ok. My mani was so awful even after asking to "clean up" I had to have them removed because they couldn't fix my nails until tomorrow. Leaving with my nails worse than when I walked in. read more

Literally the best pedicure I've ever gotten. There was so much attention to detail, no skimping on massage or anything. Honey was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to educate me about my nails and explain the different services they offer, which I genuinely appreciated. My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

Painful mistake (literally). I called at 1:45p to ask if there was a wait for pedicure and dip nails. They told me to come at 2p and no wait. I showed up at 1:55p and waited 30min before I was put in a chair only to wait an additional 20min for someone to even start the pedicure (nothing done on my nails either). Pedicure was ok - nothing special. Someone finally started on my nails about 1:45p and I asked for a cuticle shape along with dip nails. The tech cut the crap out of my pointer finger and tried 3 different products to get it to stop bleeding (including the nail glue) but didn't work but still proceeded with the dip nails...using the utensils, dip liquid and dip powder - WITH MY BLEEDING FINGER! Makes me wonder how many other peoples bloody finger has been in there. Kicker is, I was offered a gift card to come back and told that I just have very sensitive skin. when I told them that I was not coming back I was still charged full price for pedicure, dip nails AND the shaping! Never going there again & def would NOT recommend them. Also, it looks like a second location of Haven Nails based off half the techs that were working there. read more
