Let me say this was my first experience and overall it was good. The pedicure and dip polish manicure was done professional. I was offered a nice glass of red wine and was give a free refill. The team members were accommodating to me as a walk-in without reservation so over all it was a good experience. Young lady name Tracy did my nails. so I must do a follow up the review. It's been 5 days and my nail broke already. Not only my nail but my toe polish is also already chipping. When poor quality products are used this is what happens. So I'm giving them 3 stars. Today my daughter and I had mommy daughter pedicures, and Prosper Deluxe Nail Spa was a nice treat. We both landed on the classic pedicure which was $32 dollars. It comes with an 8 minute massage, and they actually set an 8 minute timer which was nice. They give you a complementary drink, and offer soda, water, and wine. The massage chair was quite relaxing, and the service was good. I love that they offer a 10% discount for teachers, and they were fully staffed! I had a gel manicure done, and less than 24 hours later, the polish was already peeling. I went back the next day, and the nail tech agreed the gel wasn't adhering and suggested a new set. Shockingly, after the repair, the store manager tried to charge me to fix their own mistake. While the front desk staff were kind enough to offer a small discount, I should not have been expected to pay at all for a service that was done improperly. This experience showed me they value profit over customer satisfaction. I will not be returning. read more

I tried this place again today and unfortunately had the same terrible experience as I did the time I visited before. I had an amazing husband and wife team that I had been going to for quite a while and they have moved so I have been jumping around trying to find a new place. My friends and I went today and we asked at the desk if there was a wait and they said no, they proceeded to put us in chairs and we sat for quite a while. (Long while) The nail tech I had last time recognized me and thankfully didn't do my nails again but unfortunately did my friends nails instead. She kept burning her with the drill and yanking her hand around. (So I know it wasn't just me). My nails are natural and I have the next gen coat on top, my nails were long and asked a very small amount to be trimmed. The nails are totally different lengths and my hands were covered in glue and glitter from the removal. Absolutely no attention to detail, no massage. They didn't even touch the cuticles. My toenails are crooked and they didn't even spend the time on the massage or the cuticle removal requested in the deluxe package. I get that it's homecoming week but rushing through service isn't going to get you any repeat customers. My friends were disappointed as well and a little pissed that I brought them there. Tom did a nice job on the design and overall shape of the nails I wanted. However he did end up filing quite a bit on the sides of my nails to the point that I audibly said ow! 3-4 times and the area was sanded down super thin and I bled a bit. I know it was to get an almond shape but I really don't think the nails needed to be filed down that much on the side. Price was good for reference Nexgen plus tips added to make it longer ($40) plus a fee for the two nails with ombré ($6) total was $46. They do have a coupon on the website which was nice. Also to note I'm not sure I saw them take the tools out of a sterile package. I wasn't paying attention when he grabbed the nail clipper. read more

Tom did a great job with my nails. It's been 3 weeks and normally by now, a few would have come off or started to life but all of mine are still on and growing out well. The only thing I wish they did differently was honoring their appointment times or being honest about the nail techs availability because it seems like when you ask if a tech is available, they just say yes to get you in the door. Went here because I didn't have enough time to go back in my home state prior to my holiday vacation. I was greeted quickly and was told that there would be no wait and that I will get service right away. I asked if I could get the Prosper Deluxe manicure and add gel nail polish and he said yes. He then confirmed it again so he could tell his technician which wasn't a problem. The technician began to work on my nails and noticed that I wasn't from around here. She then told me that I should always come down there to do my nails because they are better than the people in Ohio. I wasn't trying to bicker while getting my nails done so I just let her keep talking. She then told me that this location is the best and they have the best people. I truly wish all her bias opinions were true because I haven't had a manicure anywhere besides my home town and I'm very disappointed with this location. I did not get my prosper deluxe manicure like I wanted. Even though the front desk guy re-confirmed what I wanted. The lady did a horrible job with cleaning up my nails and rushed the polish portion. I've never had issues with gel nail polish before but the one she used on me started chipping after 4 days. I'm not sure if they dilute their gel nail polish or not but I feel like I wasted my money. I really wanted to like this place but overall I'm disappointed. The only pricing menu I was offered was for my pedicure, I was not offered or shown pricing for my son's pedicure and manicure (he's 8). I think pricing a pedicure the same as you would for an adult is ridiculous especially when they had a kids manicure. My pedicure, the last literally checked her phone constantly to see how much time was left for my massage which was her basically rubbing the same area of my leg (hardly a massage). For what I paid, they couldn't even offer proper toe spacers, they used paper towel. You sure charged me enough, you should invest in something decent for your customer: My nexgen was poorly done, he rounded the edge a ton which he never even asked and even tried to upsell me to get tips when my nails were clearly long enough. Other places I've gone to have used a wash cloth to whip off hands afterwards and they did not, didn't offer oil either. Needless to say we won't be returning, it was way more expensive than other places in the area and the service was poor read more

I hate leaving bad reviews and typically only leave good reviews, but unfortunately I came here because google shows they have good reviews and my nails came out that bad. I got my nails dipped and they came out absolutely horrible. They are completely uneven and chunky. There is black stained all around my fingers, and this is after the oil was put on my hands and I washed them 3 times. I had to ask the technician to add more powder after she finished the first time because there were chunks missing on the edge of my nails on almost every finger, so I had her add a whole new coat to all of them. So if this is how bad they look after they were "fixed" can you imagine what they looked like before. I also got a basic pedicure which came out fine with a long massage. However, after tip I paid a total of 83$ for nails that look worse than what I could've done myself. I'm super disappointed because I don't typically get my nails done and was looking forward to treating myself but feel like I completely threw away my money. read more

I am looking for a new salon, after having multiple fingers hurt at my last salon. Tony my nails today. He was using an Emory board, being too fast with it, and cut a finger in 2 places. When I mentioned it, he commented that it was because the Emory board was new. I responded that it wasn't from the board, that it was from him being too fast. I asked if he could put something on the cuts. No response. No apology. I called over the guy who appeared to be in charge, and asked him for something on my cuts. He put something on them. He then gave me one of their cards, after writing names of other techs to recommend to me for future visits. When it came time to pay. I asked about his website showing that I could get $5 off. He said, "No, I will give you 10% off." That was less than $5 off. That only added to the frustration of being hurt. I won't be going back. Yes, I still tipped. It is hard for me not to. Was immediately sat, offered an adult beverage and was quite comfortable in my massage chair - think it got that knot worked out in my right scapula area. I've been going to the nail spa for about 2 months now. And I've always liked everyone who does my nails. But last night 8/3/21 I went around 5pm and needed my nails and toes done. I have ingrown toe nails so you can only get certain people to cut them out. Well I was giving a lady named Tiffany. She had to be the most heartless and unkind person I've EVER experienced in all my years in getting my nails done. She never smiled or spoke one word to me and when she went the cut the ingrown toenail out it hurt like a "mother" and I jerked my leg out of instinct.. she gave me a frown look and just pulled my leg back in place. I couldn't wait to be done with her. The rest of the pedicure that should be relaxing was rushed and uncaring. Then I get the lady named Cindy who did my fingernails. Again very rushed and kept telling me to relax my hand. My hand was super relaxed so I was totally confused. The rush manicure was not relaxing or pampering at all .. when she was finally done she shook both her hands and said I was a hard manicure... I was in shock and thinking "who does that".? So after last night I decided I need to find a new place. I pay $100 a month having my nails done and bless God it should be a relaxing and pampering experience. I won't be back. So fair warning.
