Lots of cars in the parking lot, and still plenty of washers/dryers available for DIYers. If I wanted it machine washed, I would have done it myself. It shrunk and the wool inside has felted so it feels somewhat hard. They said it's old it's not worth that much. It's 7 years old and google says comforters should be replaced every 15-25 years. I refused the offer for $100 and the guy told me to take them to court. Then he gave me a hard time about returning the comforter to me, he was trying to keep it. Avoid!

All other cleaners from Norfolk to Charlottesville insisted that it would take 2 weeks to clean a wedding dress, but Todd was kind enough to take my dress and clean it before the wedding. Todd spent a lot of time with me patiently explaining the process, what services would be provided, and how I should care for my dress from the time I pick it up to the time I put it on to walk down the aisle. He even personally detached the beaded belt because it would have melted during in the dry cleaning process. The Norfolk dress shop people never mentioned that and just told me to have it dry cleaned. Todd even arranged for Tanya Ann at the shop to reattach the belt for me once it's cleaned. I can't tell you how relieved I am that I will have a clean dress for my wedding and how grateful I am to Todd for taking care of me. Now that I've made the move to Charlottesville to be with my soon-to-be husband, I will definitely be a loyal customer!

After talking to the attendant, she guided me to the best size machine for my wash and where to load my detergent (like I said, it's been years. I wanted to do it right the first and only time).
