My visits were 2 years apart and I needed the exact same Venetian plaster I purchased the first time I had a hard time finding it so naturally I wish they had more staff but everyone can't be a quality employee at this place so I def rather a few subject matter experts as opposed to 100 ex-Home Depot employees. Anyway I went to the counter to pull up a 2 year old purchase and they found my purchase and made it for me again (it was custom) I also needed a protectant for it and one of the guys pointed me to the aisle and shared with me the difference between each and which one was best for my project.

Mr. Wilensky and his assistant will explain things, share their knowledge, and give you their opinion and recommendations on everything from keys and locks, plumbing washers and pipes, faucet sets, etc. This is a local business that cares about gaining your trust so they wouldn't push the sale if you don't need the product. The best part is he duplicates car keys at less than half the price of car dealerships. Although it takes some time for him to order in the blanks if it's not in stock, but worth the wait. In fact, after the spare key suddenly stopped working in 2.5 years, he was willing to help me send it back to the company who programs the chips inside the key, no charge, no hassle. That is truly great service.
