You know the drill. Finding a good pool service is like finding a reputable used car salesman. I got extremely lucky when I found these guys. First of all, they actually show up. Every week!
The owner is Wain Auten. One of the nicest guys you'll come across. He's meticulous at making sure our pool looks the best possible. Not only does he take pride in maintaining our pool, but he takes the time to help out when you need some advice on any pool issues.
For example, we have a home warranty, so any pool equipment issues go through them. Wain has offered help on a couple of occasions to get us back to normal while waiting for the repair people to show up. That's customer service - especially when not generating revenue from a repair.
Another example; I was helping a buddy cut a dead tree at his bosses house. Their pool was a green, cloudy, disgusting mess. They said their pool guy kept telling them to replace filters, parts, change the water, etc. I told them they should fire whoever that is and I'd put them in touch with someone reputable. I called Wain and gave him the referral. While we were still cutting up the tree, he walked into the backyard! Subsequently, the pool is fixed and usable.
I can promise you if you have these guys as your pool service, you'll never wake up to an MIA pool guy. read more
