STAY AWAY. No one should give this place any business. The worst customer service ever just like all their other reviews I literally had questions about my prescription. The manager/owner Robbey and the other male person were so rude and unprofessional. They hung up on me twice I was shocked and I called back the 3rd time a woman answered she was super pleasant and understanding I notice everyone has the same complaints about this pharmacy. This company has the worst customer service. I was on the line with a Bill, to get an update on my prescription being filled due to no update from Prestige. When Bill answered and I advised I was calling for an update, he didn't verify any of my information and told me the prescription is scheduled to arrive today my 7pm. When I asked him to verify who I was to be sure he was giving me information about my prescription, he began to be very snobby with me. I asked for his supervisor and he released the line on me. Upon calling back, I was hung up on 3 more times by other call reps. I would rather pay the extra money than go through Prestige if this is how they treat their customers! read more

My GYN sent my prescription for the progesterone only pill here because she said it was the closest pharmacy to me that fills it. I have had to call THREE times to try to get my prescription filled. The first time she said she would fill it and send me the text to pay but it never came. The next day I called and filled the order with a guy and he took my address and my credit card information and said it would probably come Thursday or Friday because of Christmas. Luckily I was never charged because it's been a week and it never came so I checked and was never even charged. I called again today and another guy answered and said he saw all the information but doesn't know why it wasn't processed. I asked him to fill it and I will come by in person to pick up my prescription. Let's see if I ever get it. read more

I have only used them a few times and it's a terribly ran business. They make you feel like you're bothering them. When I told them it was always hard to get the prescription filled and I needed to know their process or I may need to move to another pharmacy. They said ok, move and hung up in my face. I called to speak to management and they were pretty much just as rude. There are much better options in the area. read more

They are so rude and so uncooperative to helping customers. I've been hung up on numerous times and have been disrespected. False advertising. No accountability. The owner has no professionalism at all. None of the employees are capable enough to do their job right. They referred my prescription to another pharmacy without my or my doctor's knowledge or consent, including giving them all of my insurance info. When I called and told them to cancel with the other pharmacy and that I would not be filling it with Prestige either, the woman hung up on me. From the same doctor order, they also changed another script to generic despite doctor's note not to. They may be lower cost for some meds but there's a reason. read more

What a scam. My dermatologist sent a prescription here because they had "the lowest prices" for a speciality cream. I called and they wanted $65 and when I asked about the manufacturer coupon, the clown on the phone said "that's with your insurance and coupon". Called my local Walgreens to transfer it to them to fill because I didn't get a good vibe on the phone. These clowns gave Walgreens the run around about transferring but it finally went thru. Total cost at Walgreens $10. Save your money and fill your scripts elsewhere. read more

If I could give it negative reviews I would. I was given this pharmacy as the one that my dermatologist sent a prescription to. I needed to know what it was and how much insurance covered so I called them. In speaking with the assistant that answered the phone, I determined she had no idea what the prescription was used for. I then asked for a pharmacist. I spoke to someone who said she was the pharmacist who could hardly speak understandable English who then was also evasive in regards to this medication and uses. She stated that she had already ran my insurance and that it doesn't cover it but that because Prestige has a special relationship with the manufacturer that it would "ONLY" be $45 for this medication. I told them that I would call back after research and did that today as it seems that for this particular medication, if I don't use them it will be hundreds out of pocket. When I called I was once again speaking with a rude person that basically stated that it would be $45 and they could send me a portal to pay, do I want to do this? I truthfully said that if I had any other choice I honestly wouldn't use their pharmacy and was immediately hung up on. I am contacting my doctor and the manufacturer of this drug. They have messed with the wrong person. read more

I do not recommend. Shipping was delayed, took 4 business days when the package said overnight delivery. No one answered the phone after 3 attempts different days. When the medications did arrive, there was no warning of a delivery window. Luckily I answered the phone to a ga number at 9am and it was the delivery guy. He asked how to get to my apartment from the front. I suggested to leave it with the leasing office for ease of delivery but they were not open so being nice, I suggested I come to him so he wouldn't get lost in the winding corridors of my apartment complex. It took me less than 2 minutes at most between getting off the initial call with him and meeting him at the door, no exaggeration. In that time, he called me 4 additional times and when I answered he very rudely said he usually doesn't wait for patients and he had a hundred other deliveries to make. I assured him I was about 20 steps from meeting him but he still threatened to leave with my medications. Once I received the package and opened it, it had an awful smell of incense and I'm currently airing everything out on my countertop. Alternatively I will be transferring my medications to Anchor Pharmacy as they offer a comparable service for the same cost but way better customer experience. read more

Medication that was supposed to be refridgerated was delivered without sufficient packaging and cooling materials. It was overheated and ruined. It took nearly three weeks to get a replacement supply delivered--I had to remind them three times! It was agreed that the re-supply would be couriered with signature required to ensure it got immediately into the fridge. But it was not sent on the day we had planned, and when finally sent it was shoved into a mail box without a signer taking the package, and therefore spoiled again. Prestige would not allow pick up, send another replacement, nor refund the co-pay. Very poor execution and given this is MEDICATION, the delays are a huge problem. read more
